Came here today 4/9/24 at 11am. They had the drive thru window open and there was a male worker. I think someone called him Jason. They were arguing about making our food. He was upset that he had to make it because everyone else left. It was just really awkward and super uncomfortable just because they were do loud about it and the person at the window didn't care to close the window so we couldn't hear. If you don't like your job, bud... leave. You get paid for this. I used to work at dunkin donuts when I was a teen. Literally the easiest job I've ever worked.Also napkins would have been really nice to have with our food...

Terrible service I just went in to pick up my wife's order was a refresher, sandwich and hash browns go in to pick it up.first thing I notice they have the order pick up shelf from behind the counter for anyone to just walk up and grab I go to take my wife's order and another lady behind me that had the same name and order said I think that's mine we compare and the oders are the same name and everything except my wife had shots of sugar i apologize and the boss lady just comes out screaming at me saying I'm an idiot who can't read people like her are the reason why no body likes going to these places anymore ridiculous she should not be a manager she definitely was not sweet or have a heart.

Food was hot, hashbrowns were really good. Many times i end up with overcooked/burnt tots. This location made them near perfect this morning. The bacon & cheese egg bites I had were great too.Tried the peach refresher. It's good as far as energy drinks go.Went inside to order and the staff was great and expedient. Thank you. ^_^

I drove back and spoke with the manager asking her to replace my medium cold brew because she filled it with ice to the top and only provided 1/4 cup of a cold brew inside a size medium cup. She refused to replace the order after paying $6.00 for ice. As a manager she gives a horrible reflection of the business and I am in disbelief the service I was just provided. The manager at the window said “what do you want me to do about it?” Unreal !!!! I will NEVER return to this location! There is no explanation to treat customers like this !!!!

I ordered a half dozen donuts. The staff member did put on gloves, however, when they handling the food, they were also handling a personal handheld fan. It instantly took my appetite away, however, due to my personality and avoidance of conflict, I still bought the donuts. I am not one to complain, but that to me is a health concern, as I have no idea where that personal fan has been and what bacteria or germs it has on it. It could get customers ill.

If it wasn't for Cindy interrupting my ordering process I would not have written a review for this location. I'm not a review kind of person unless I really feel the need too. Today I felt the need too. There was a young woman who was on staff today who was so warm and kind and lovely and answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. I'm not a huge coffee drinker so I wanted to make sure I was ordering the proper drink for what I wanted. Cindy rudely interrupted my conversation and said, and I quote; "Are you just talking to him or are you taking his order, I can't do this by myself " ? Honestly I was thrown off by this because on one hand I understand where Cindy was coming from but on the other hand I am a customer as well. There was so much attitude behind her statement and it made me feel uncomfortable. I honestly never plan on coming back to this Dunkin location because this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. To the young lady who took my order today. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful customer service. ( P.S if you're reading this, your not "Just" a blonde )

Starbucks offers scholarships. Dunkin' offers second chances. This place is out of control.. It operates with absolute lawlessness and zero brand standards. Just look at the reviews. Hair in food and busted donuts. Clown employees, bad ownership, and no accountability. Spend your money somewhere else. This place is a Dunkin' Dump.
