This DUNKIN is so hit and miss . I stop here almost every day on the way to work because it’s the only one on my direct route and the last few times my order has been made really poorly . Today I ordered a black coffee and it looks like iced tea . It’s undrinkable , it’s not coffee ... I didn’t want coffee flavored water . That being said - everyone I dealt with is friendly here .
First off I’ll say this.. the employees were very nice, friendly and respectful. Now onto my coffee. I ordered my coffee how I like it and when it came it was only filled 3/4 of the way. When I questioned it I was told that it was because I ordered lite ice. I’ve been to other DD and never had this happen, unless it was something that had foam. I will be going to my other DD from now on.

I’m not sure who makes my coffee when I go but it’s always amazing but I wanted to write this review because in todays world it’s hard to find good workers but Angelia who works the drive through register is absolutely amazing !! She’s just the sweetest !!
