Upon arrival I was informed that my online order was just a minute from being completed. Meanwhile several walk-in orders were prepared and handed off to prespective customers and four online orders were prepared and placed in cold storage. Then after standing for an additional 6-7 minutes while my order was being prepared it was discovered that the stapler used to secure the bags had run out which required an extensive discussion between 3 separate employees as how to properly install new staples in order for my bag to be secured so that I could finally be sent on my way. 18 minutes from the time I walked through the door I was finally on my way to the customers house with this order. This is a completely unacceptable way to operate a business and I definately won't be accepting future orders from this establishment...

Went tonight for two bowls for me and my father. my bowl was unfortuantley made wrong ... no big deal, went back inside to maybe exchange it so they can remake it... they took the bowl that was wrong.. still charged me for my new one...? i also paid for extra nutella and peanut butter... didn't get it. the açaí was freezer burned... just a terrible experience overall.

Came here with my sis. I'm not fan of this type of food, from all the things from the menu only one got my attention. The fruit is fresh and the yogurt tasted good. I recommend if you have a sweet tooth and want to eat healthy. They give big proportions. Two can eat from one.

I ordered a fresh smoothie bowl. What I got was a brick that was frozen solid to the point of being inedible and the bananas were brown and mushy. Clearly, they served me something that had been sitting in a freezer, probably for days.

This was my 1st time at this location and the few times that I have gone to a different location I normally would get a bowl. I decided to try the smoothie for the 1st time and tasted it when I got in the car and it wasn’t good. If I did not need to go home I probably would have taken it back. I asked what would be a good low sugar option so out of the 2 suggestions I got the Healty Elvis. I could have made it at home. It wasn't blended well at all. It was very grainy. I use protein powder every day in my shakes and they definitely do not taste like this did. I ended up just putting it in a container in the freezer so I can re-blend it and attempt to not loose almost $9 bucks for something I could have made myself. When I poured it into a container I could see chunks of banana. So maybe if it was blended better it might have tasted better. 1st and last time trying the smoothie.
This place has the best açaí bowls ever. Also, they make some yummy vegan treats (flatbreads, avocado toasts, fruit bowls)It won’t disappoint you.
