Ordered last night online and was given a 1hr total time for delivery. Order didn't finally arrive until 1hr 45min later. Online tracker stated order was out for delivery exactly at the 1hr mark but driver didn't show up for an additional 45 minutes! We live litteraly less then 4 miles from store.When I called the girl working stated they were very busy yet my order number showed #47, regardless, anytime an order is going to take longer then estimated, or what shows in the online tracker; especially if longer than 30 minutes, someone should call to reasure customer their order is coming.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would NOT order from here again.

I ordered three pies and confirmed with the clerk that I would get tornado crust with extra extra garlic butter crust, to where I wanted it soggy. I got dry crust, even after confirming three times. What a disappointment, the crust makes the whole pizza.

They want to charge double for premium topping when no one else does and then puts very little of that topping on the pizza.

The app said the pizza would be ready in 20 mins, so I showed up at the indicated time to pick it up. I was told that it hadn't gone in the oven yet, and to come back in 15 mins. 20 mins later (almost 50 mins after it was ordered) it was finally ready. Only when I came back was I told that one of their ovens was down, which is why it took so long.

We order from the Grand Blvd New Port Richey location at least 2 times a month and have NEVER been disappointed! In fact the last specialty Pizza's we ordered were the Buffalo Chicken and the Barbecue Chicken and the price was great but the Pizza was even BETTER! They were THE BEST we have had ever! it was a great end to a hard week! Keep up the exceptional work Hungry Howie's Pizza!!
The kids working were doing more talking than making orders. One young lady was continuously coughing where she was making the pizza. One young man was on his phone. I didn't see them wash their hands before touching the food. I seen multiple bugs in the lobby. DISGUSTING! I wouldn't recommend this location.

Toppings were right but three pizzas all were over cooked crust was tough to chew yet the middle was somehow not cooked enough. On top of that they were cut all crazy like a drunk person was slicing pizzas tonight. ? it was edible but if it was not half off week I would've brought them back and got our money back.
