I've gotten the tuna sub from here many times but today I got a sub that didn't taste right, either the tuna or mayo was bad. I called the store and was told they couldn't do anything about it because it was personal preference. I will NEVER go to this store again. I was a Jersey Mike's reward member but I'll go to subway or Publix from now on!!!

Fast service. But watched an employee in the dining room fixing the tv with gloves and an apron on. Continue to the food service line, changed their gloves, and continued to help make food. Didnt wash their hands or change the apron. While making food wiped their knife on the already dirty apron. Not sure if the knife wipe on the apron is a common practice but was not a fan of that especially if the apron is worn outside the BOH

It’s been awhile since I live been to Jersey Mikes, but this evening we decided to try it out since we had a gift card. We were blown away by the amazing service we received by Tori. She not only served us but she also accommodated us in our preferences for our orders. She also made some great suggestions for future visits on different options for us to try. We definitely plan to come back due to the great customer service she provided. It wasn’t just a transaction but an overall great experience!

As always no matter which Jersey Mike's we go to food is awesome. With my cancer its a treat when im up to eating and we always get a gaint sub cause it lasts 2-3 days. This was first time at this one and employees were not friendly at all. Not even a hello. Nothing. I kept saying thank you and got nothing in return. It's like there were not listening cause I had to repeat order more then once and all I got was one sandwich. I won't be going back to this location....

Love this location. It's always clean and smells like fresh bread. The staff are friendly and helpful. We ordered the original Italian and a ham and cheese. There is no bad sub on the menu. It's amazing what a difference there is from one location to another. You guys rock. Keep up the good work.

On today's day i came with my so. to eat at this jersey mikes in trinity on 54 and little road as we were fishing our food my son look at the window and we saw a a baby roach crawling through the glass window and another one in the from table when you enter to the left this is a health issue that needs to be fixed immediately

I like my roll cut on one side not all the way through, I asked for the to cut it the way I like and they refused. Asked to speak to manager and spoke to the owner and still refused. Stated not allowed ?. Corporate policy. I thought Corporate policy was customer service is number 1. If I ask for a simple request , it should be accommodated. I will not return to this location. And have not. I'll take my business to the other locations, all others accommodate.

Worst experience I‘ve ever had. No one asked me which size or bread I wanted. I received attitude when I let the staff know I wanted a giant size after they started grilling the toppings. I noticed they put white bread next to the grill and asked if I can actually have the rosemary parm. The girl said she already put Mayo on and can’t waste the bread, but maybe the staff should ask what type of bread customers would like before starting to make the sandwich. The girl claimed to be a manager but said she isn’t allowed to tell me her name and none of the staff was wearing name tags. Is that one of jersey mikes policies? I asked for a Corporate/customer service number to complain and they wrote a fake phone number and the name Rick on a piece of paper. Will not go back to this location.

Bad service. Slow, rude, and unprofessional workers. Waited 20 minutes for a sub. Had to repeat what I wanted 3 times for one sub and was still wrong.
