Went there tonight to get dinner for my entire family. It was horrible!!!! They didn’t listen to anything I said !!!!! The wrap were so soggy from the over added dressing that we couldn’t even pick them up!!!!! My bacon chicken ranch had no bacon !!!!! I asked for dressing on the side and they soaked my sub with dressing !!!!! It was disgusting !!!!!$56 dollars down the drain on a horrible dinner !!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have never seen chicken come out of the freezer in a flat piece of paper like the fake steak um sandwich. That is gross . You should have real chicken to be chopped and put on the grill. The chicken you are feeding people is fake and discusting. Taken right from the freezer in a flat piece of paper . Chicken isn't flat . Get some real food , not fake ! You need improvements Jersey Mike's! I know for sure in New Jersey we use real meat not fake !!! Wait Jersey Mike's famous Philly ? ???? What ??? It's Fake Meat ! No Real steak and No Real Chicken !!! SMH !!

We just had the best lunch ever thanks to Matthew and the ladies. My wife said he made The Best chicken bacon ranch she has ever had. My tuna sandwich was off the chain as well! Matthew was awesome today, that boy deserves a raise!

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes sandwiches and order their gluten free bread. I ordered a sandwich on 1/31/24 from the Little Rd location in NPR for my my first day of a 1500 mile drive home The store was busy and I clearly ordered gf bread since I questioned they had regular and giant available. My local shop in MA only offers regular size. The next day I stop for lunch after driving 300 miles and open my sandwich to find rosemary parmesan. I called the store and they confirmed that was not a gf roll. I was now far away from the store and nothing could be done. Please watch your gf orders. This could of turned out bad if I had eaten this sandwich.
My husband & I used to come here a lot over the past 6 years! I actually deleted my prior review from 4 years ago due to the following before posting this 1. Yes, they cost more & last night will be our LAST TIME!!The prices $$$ kept creeping up more & more each time we go. Last night for 2 giant subs & a cookie, our total was $39.58! And they had the nerve to ask for a tip! My husband asked for the topping to be in a separate container, which we always do. To our surprise, when he got home, there were only 3 tomato slices in 1 container & 4 in another! This was totally unacceptable!! We don't live close enough to have gone back to get more! They have just lost 2 good custemers!!!

This location NEVER has my Mobile order ready when I arrive they start making it when you show up which defeats the whole purpose of a Mobile order. I order 30 to 45 minutes ahead of the time. Do not order if you are on a time limit.

Staff was extremely helpful. Prices are a bit steep. The same sub with better bread can be purchased at Publix for half the price. But if you are looking for a sandwich that's fast and convenient, Jersey Mike's is a convenient option.
