“New to the area… first time at this McDonalds. The food was hot and fresh! Most importantly, Mario who was the one who took care of us at the window was AWESOME!!! He should teach a course on customer service. I can’t even recall a time when we’ve had such a great experience with a worker at a fast food chain!!! Thank you!“
“For almost 15 years I tried to avoid this McD, I don't know what happened within the last couple years but wow, the food is delicious and the STAFF IS FRIENDLYYYYY!!!! Only recommendation I'd have:1) Place a front counter cashier permanently and place it into your expenses for keeping customer service on top and restaurant cleanliness. Your cutting revenue by doing so. Your kiosk are for high volume times to work through long lines, shouldn't be an indication to split a cashier in half to reduce wage output. Store being filthy is not a good reflection of your hard work nor managements.2) Play area clean at all times, no exceptions. None. Clean it. And set rotational cleaning schedule one for breakfast, lunch and dinner; not just one 30 minute cleaning, in the day. This location has the highest volume of kids coming in. This is a common practice in most places like this. It can increase revenue, reviews, reduce complaints. ?Besides, who wants to slave all day, just so the store looks as such? Rather be spotless from slaving than slaving and hearing complaining.Great job!“
“Ladies were wonderful and so much appreciated by me. They are keepers and very professional. Ty ladies and the iced coffee was perfect and the iced water was much needed for my long walk in this hot weather. Again ty so much. Stay safe and save me some iced coffee cause I will be back. ?“

“I have been to this McDonald's several times, different times of the day and on different days. I would strongly suggest that if you order the food special ways that you check before leaving this establishment because I never used to check before leaving but it seems that as of lately I would get my oder home and something was always wrong. It is just an inconvenience having to go back to get the food the way you ordered it in the first place. Lots of younger employees that seem lost or that they are only there to collect a paycheck without having to do the work.“
