The waffle cup was very stale, not crunchy at all and tasted like it was a few days old. The frozen yogurt was also watery and had little flavor. Most of the toppings are fine but the cheesecake bites also tasted off. I will say that the cashier was friendly and eager to help.

Always delicious, but I do kinda feel forced to leave a tip for someone who might not have helped serve me besides doing the job(cashier) they are paid to do.

8/20 sunday at 4:50 went with my mother, niece and 7month old baby to get some frozen yogurt and i got 1.7 grams. Sat down to eat and 2 bites later it accidentally fell on the floor. This tall asian guy saw what had happened laughed about it so when i stood up to say hey can i get another one, since you saw i only took two bites and fell he said no not unless you pay for it. I literally had 1.7 grams! Was gonna bring some home for my husband but after that decided never to spend a dime there again! Needless to say the rude tall asian is the reason you will loose my family members and im sure countless others with that customer service. Horrible experience.

This is probably one of the worst locations I've been too first they barely had any fruit choices to choose from the ones they had were barely full the place was dead and they had two workers you're telling me they couldn't fill the fruit and Jesse the cashier was very rude

Stopped in with my daughter today. Nobody waiting at the counter. A taller Asian guy appears from the back. Doesn't greet us. I say hello and he asked what I said. Why because his ear buds were in and the volume was too loud to hear over the music. He was rude and cold and watched us the entire time while the shop began to fill up with other customers.3/15/23: Received a response from the management team where they mocked the typo "ear bugs". I be sure to share the experience with the Chamber of Commerce and the PTA at my daughter's school. If you're in a see the degenerates who work here beware. Great product, poor customer experience.

I enjoy coming to this location due to the many selections of flavors and options, specially the cheesecake bites. I came in 20 minutes prior to closing. I simply asked the worker if he could grab some more bites since there wasn't any. He told me no, that they were closing soon. I even offered to wait or take my cup because I specifically came for the bites. Even then he refused to get me some cheesecakes stating well you did come in close to closing so it's your fault you came so late. I mean this is a place of business regardless of what time I come in or the many customers that came in after me, the product should be available. Then he turned around and asked me for a tip on the screen. Horrible service.

If you want to go somewhere that has garbage customer service and will make your child cry look no further! When you want to buy froyo and their card reader goes down as you're trying to check out they'll say you have to pay cash (who carries cash??) then throw away the frozen yogurt in front of your kid. If it's going to be thrown away anyway and it's YOUR machine's error why not let the freaking kid have it? Bad customer service, extremely wasteful, and terrible employees.
