Wanted to share a great experience with Panera! There was a small mix up with my order and I can't begin to say enough on how wonderful the staff was about trying to fix it. Thank you all for a great lunch time visit.
If you're like me and you need to get some work done this is not a great location for doing work on a laptop. Most tables are small and round with not enough work surface and there are nowhere near enough electrical outlets.

Very slow. Half of the employees move at a snails pace. Was in line for 15 minutes with only two infront of me. Line backing up, employees in the background standing around. Have a sip club membership, and this is a daily occurrence. Definitely avoid if on a timed break, or you'll spend half of the break in line.

Always good and friendly staff. I bit on the dirty side tonight. I think they are giving less soup in the bowl than what they used to. Seemed like cup amount instead bowl amount in the bowl.
It’s been awhile since I’ve reviewed this Panera, and today was an unusually bad turned good visit. I tried to order via the app, but my rewards didn’t show up. So instead, I went to the register to order.At the register, Megan was very sweet & efficient. She took my order, and then got the manager to help her use my reward. Bryan said the app was down across the country, and that they were doing their best to help patrons. He applied my reward. I was thrilled! And it helped that I had the email, showing my reward.My food was delicious, as usual. The chicken & rice soup was good & hot, the chicken salad sandwich was tasty & fresh, and the chai latte was perfect. I enjoyed eating and socializing with my girlfriend in a side booth. It’s a comfortable, happy place to met and talk!

They got rid of the two or three vegan soups. They really have no vegan-friendly food. Their prices are insane, and their portions are small.

After not being to this location in 5 years, wow. It has fallen far. Bathroom trashed, tons of stacked up dirty dishes at every drop area. Every trashcan overflowing. Also had to wipe the booth down myself, it had Mac n cheese wiped on it in plain sight.

Worst customer service! They always have orders wrong and if you call to find out why your tag is marked like someone actually checked off before your order was picked up.. they blame door dash. Insensitive to customers!
