They simply don't have enough staff to run such a busy location. The staff are kind but easy overworked. This location is non-stop traffic, for the money it costs to get a latte and pastry one would think the would have adequate staff for customer service and retention. I've left there because of the length of time it takes to get served. Today's bad business, in my opinion.

I don’t frequent Starbucks often, but I was meeting someone here.This location is dirty inside and outside. Tables were not wiped down, floor was noticeably dirty, chairs not placed correctly. Just overall not a “Starbucks” vibe.It took 22 minutes from the time of payment to receiving my tea. Which was not all that great, the flavor was a little dull.

My favorite location ❤️ they are always wonderful! Always friendly, even when they’re busy. The app malfunctioned and they were happy to give me the info to get it fixed. I’ll fight anyone who has a harsh word about them.

I have been coming here for a very long time. Drinks always made correctly, taste great and every employee here is very kind.I don't usually leave reviews but last week I came in to do some work but my laptop was not connecting to the internet so I asked the manager if anyone else was having the issue. I figured out it was an issue on my end but the manager even offered to reset the router to see if that would work. She later came over and made sure that it was working.Highly recommend this Starbucks location.

Food tastes great because it is pre-made. Coffee is burned and virtually un-drinkable. Every time I order a "handcrafted" beverage, it is either wrong completely, or made poorly, and never under 10 minutes wait. One time they skipped over my name and I waited like 20 minutes before I finally went up and asked where my drink was. Dunkin is way faster, has way better coffee, and the staff is competent.
I only go there when I'm pressed for time in the morning. I won't be returning. To upcharge by 70 cents for non-dairy milk is unfair. Their prices are already ridiculous. Their coffee is more often than not burned or bitter. It used to be so much better, but it's worse every time. If I need a quick cup of coffee, I'll just grab one at DunKin.

Terrible experience at this Starbucks. Some of the baristas where just messing around and not making our order. waited their for a long time. Had to ask for a refund and would not acknowledge customers when they would come in and when I was going to order I had wait for another 20 minutes before I was able to get my order in. Food was cold and didn’t get my drinks because they kept losing stickers.

Danny was the cashier on Christmas at the drive thru, also had a crew kicking out orders behind him like crazy. I have a broken ankle so we couldn't go to see family for Christmas so we went out for Christmas drinks.The person infront of us broke change for a 100$ bill and got 94$ in change without leaving them a tip. My husband never carries cash and I didn't have my purse on me because Im on crutches, so I'm writing this review to remind myself to tip Danny and the crew for Christmas when I come back next!!
