I asked the young women at the drive thru to pay a portion in cash and the rest on card, proceeded to take both the cash and card, pay the full amount with the car and hand me back the cash. Very unprofessional, gave no explanation. Very dissatisfied.

I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, I did not receive my drink with my order, despite paying for it. When I inquired about it, the staff member seemed disoriented and stated she was high and unaware of their surroundings, which was concerning. Additionally, the wait time for my food was an excessive 30 minutes. Overall, the service was lacking and the experience was disappointing. I hope Taco Bell addresses these issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
