I’m writing my first ever angry food review. It really takes a concerted effort to serve up the slop they boxed up and called “Orange Chicken Bowl.” It was minced unrecognizable mess- was there chicken? If so, it was MINCED. It looked like regurgitated dog vomit. Tasteless, which I can deal with, but to deliberately trick a customer to pay such a large amount of money knowing there’s no chicken in the bowl is terrible. The bao dumplings are not fresh- frozen and obviously sat around. Again, this isn’t Ruth’s Chris or whatnot, but come on. The chicken was unforgivable. Also, on my birthday. Thanks, guys.

Ordered on UberEats. Very tasteless food. The chicken was way overcooked and felt like pebbles when you went to bite into it. Bao buns are awful as well. The fried rice tastes like nothing but straight grease no other flavor than oil, not to mention the portion size is that of a child’s.

I found the amount of food and also the price to be lacking, the food tasted pretty decent but for a child size meal for the price of a main course. I would definitely not recommend this place to a person who has a healthy appetite or even hungry.

We appreciated Kissandra for assisting us in setting up the Ruby Tuesday app. It saved us money for that day's purchase. She also gave us confidence that more locations may be on the horizon in the Tampa Bay area. Overall, we are thankful for her personable service!

Ordered on uber. Really the lowest possible quality. The "fried rice" was just plain white rice. The chicken for the rice was burnt chicken nuggets thrown on top on the plain rice. The pan stickers and bao were still partially frozen in the middle, so I assume it was not microwaved long enough.

Cockroach came crawling out of wall in Dining Room right next to us. Sent message and was never contacted. Ruby Tuesdays in Port Richey/New Port Richey Florida on Ridge Road.
since we can write reviews without going like some others have done. This is a dark kitchen for delivery operating out another kitchen definitely not some mom and pop operation so don't feel guilty lol.

Four of us came for lunch on a Tuesday. The sever was prompt in taking and bringing drink orders. However, we waited about 45 minutes for our meals after placing food order. The restaurant was not busy at all; there were many empty tables. Our food was tasty and the Tuesday specials seem to be good value. One individual ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer which is priced at $ 14.95 and seems a bit steep in price for 5 or 6 shrimp.

I'm not one to usually complain .. and they have screwed up several other orders .. but this screw up is the "grand daddy" for me. 1. Ordered @ 3pm for pick up @ 4pm. Order not placed. Had to wait at bar for 30 mins while they cooked my order. 2. Asked & reminded that I wanted extra sauce for each order No extra sauce. 3. Ordered butter & sour cream for baked potato. NOT included. 4. Ordered Asiago Chicken .. received a chicken dish that's not even described in the menu (chicken, cheese, bacon, bbq sauce) ? Sooooo disappointed with this place
