Our favorite go-to place on NSB. First of all from the very first visit Katie was so friendly and attentive to us we immediately knew we would be back. With that being said we figure we have been there 15-20 times at least.Parking: Never an issue, valet available when needed

One of the best wait staffs I’ve experienced in a long time. Clare was our server and she was outstanding. Professional, polite, pleasant and extremely competent. One of many examples. I took a final drink from my beverage and sat it down. From 3 tables away she noticed my glass as I sat it down, made eye contact and gave me a quick nod acknowledging that she realized I needed a refill. 60 seconds later, my refill was there. Also continually checked up on us and made sure our water glasses were filled without asking. If I owned a restaurant, she was the kind of waitress I would absolutely love to hire.

I used to come to Chase's all the time and since the rebuild the place is STERILE. The atmosphere is more like my grandmother's retirement home than a fun beach bar. I can appreciate the dichotomy of service offerings as a beach bar during the day and a fancier evening venue, but in two experiences recently, the daytime crowd is boomers coming early for the cheaper food during the day. If you're looking for the pre hurricane fun beach vibes, look elsewhere.

We love this place! They did an amazing renovation after the last hurricane and it looks beautiful inside and out. The food is consistently very good, especially the fish dip, bourbon chicken skewers, and actually pretty much everything! Also, they take reservations and are open to seating us outside even when the weather looks sketchy.? We love Haley, who is a server here. She is sweet, charming and also knows her job. Thanks Chases! We appreciate you!

This place can’t seem to decide whether it’s upscale or a spring breaker destination. When getting to the table you’re greeted by a tacky fake floral centerpiece illuminated by a fake battery powered flickering candle. I ordered the house-made fish dip which was basically a single scoop ice cream scoop of dip that you lose 20% - 30% of it to the spring mix bed it sticks to. The dip also comes with diced tomatoes (I wouldn’t call what they gave me pico de gallo). Clam chowder we ordered was basically loaded potato soup, if somebody could’ve showed me 2oz worth of clam in that bowl I would’ve paid for their meal. My main suggestion here would be to stay away from the $28 “Shrimp and Tuna Dinner.” The server “warned” us that the tuna would be “raw” as you’d expect seared ahi in a decent dining setting. Ours was overcooked in fact, I’ve popped cans of tuna that were more “raw” than this. Three blackened (more like burnt to a crisp) shrimp sat on top of three basically raw asparagus stalk and some decent mashed potatoes and yummy soy based sauce. All in all I left quietly, tipped the staff and turned to this review to let the unsuspecting know that this place simply ain’t it.

Been coming here for years. I have to say the chicken fingers were very good however the run runner which I’ve ordered so many times seems sweeter and not as good. That’s ok though. They are still waiting on the city to let them have direct access to the beach. Not sure what they are planning here.
