Something needs to be done about these employees, but most of all it’s the corporate management that needs to be held accountable. Every single time I’ve resorted to ordering from here, there’s been an issue. If I don’t order extra sauce, my pizza will have no sauce at all. If I order extra sauce, my pizza will look like this, raw, uncooked pizza dough with raw cheese falling off. I tried to bite into the pizza and the dough was softer than the cheese it was so raw. They get angry when customers complain, that’s why I’m having to email corporate to explain, and they’re not even getting back to me. I will try again but the fact that a large corporation such as dominos has such an extreme lack of customer service is ridiculous. Absolutely insane!!!!

I love writing positive reviews when it’s needed and if I could give 10 stars for this one I would. According to the tracker Kylie made our pizzas and this has to be the best tasting pizza we have ever ordered from any dominoes! Perfect amount of ingredients and cooked to perfection! Ordered a medium cheese pizza to-go from the app, and there were no problems. The staff wasn't the most welcoming upon entry, but the cheese pizza tasted good and was ready for pick-up in a timely manner.Parking: Parking was okay.

We ordered online and knocked and waited at the window to pickup but nobody came to take our payment or greet us. We waited for close to 15 minutes before we left to get food elsewhere.

My pizza was made the wrong way I was told there would be another one brought out to me I waited and they never showed I called the lady on the phone was ver Rude I Oder from here a lot I would like my food made right some time it’s perfect and some time u can tell what was rushed customer service is a big thing the lady I spoke with has non and need to correctly trained I’m very upset I will be call customer service center in regards to this something will be done

Don't order the Philly Cheesesteak pizza. 9 out of 10 times I order it, it's burned. Also, there's barely any steak on it. Two other pizzas were ordered and they're fine.

I ordered a pizza on 8/16 early evening via app. When I got to store to pic up and they refused to break a $50 bill and this is on a sat evening. How is it you cannot break a 50 on a sat night? So ended up with no pizza and lost redemption points. This was a total joke!!!
The food was good but I felt sorry for the two young men that needed more help in there in preparing the food and handling the register. They especially needed a third person at least to make deliveries.

Customer service here is terrible. We order sauces every time and pay for them yet never receive them. When we call they just tell us we're wrong and didn't order any. Absolutely no positive customer service offered here.

I would give this store 0 rating if I can. The manager is so rude. It's like she doesn't know how to give customer service. Very unprofessional, I asked her name and she said I don't have a name. I hope the owner sees this and try to fix this. She doesn't deserve to be a manager.
