I went in to my first visit here at Heaths natural foods and asked if someone could help me with natural ways to help my gall bladder. A young man came and talked to me. Showed me the supplements and explained what and why certain ones would help. At the end of our conversation I told him I hadn’t been able to eat for a few days and he sent me to the deli. I am glad he did. They had a wonderful team over there. I told them I was having gall bladder problems and before I knew it he mixed up a beet smoothie and a wonderful bowl of soup. I must say taken everyone’s advice in there I feel so much better health wise. I am at least out of excruciating pain with my gall bladder. Noticed a difference within 12 hours. Great store, great workers. It’s nice to see they are all passionate about their job and my health.

Went in to try the deli and it was really good. I got the Tuna salad Sandwich w/soup it was delicious. Such a refreshing and peaceful environment, everyone is super kind! I will be back.
MOST AMAZING BREAKFAST BURRITOS IN TOWN!!! had a breakfast pizza from here too.. 12/10. Would give up my first born child for a lifetime supply of either burrito or pizza. Must try in NSB

This morning before 9am, I walked into the cafe portion of the store and the cafe associate behind the counter reached into the case bare handed grabbed potato salad and ate it…No glove, no spoon, bare handed…. I was in disbelief. She did not realize I was standing there, so I wasn’t offered help until after she was finished with her snack. She was Brunette, middle aged, hair in a bun, dark rimmed glasses. I did talk to a blue-shirted staff member immediately after I witnessed this health violation. I wouldn’t advise eating the cafe food if they are not going to follow SafeServ guidelines.

I went for the fresh made juice and it was great! It was made right in front of me while I waited, all from fresh refridgerated produce, no other juice, no water, and no ice added; the full 16 ounces were pure juice (unlike another place I had a juice from, who added almost half ice without asking me). On top of that, the service was very friendly and professional.There are many great vegan options there at the juice bar and deli. If you eat low-fat, oil-free, no-salt-added though, the prepared deli dishes are not for you.The store does sell fresh produce, at a premium price, and bulk nuts, seeds, grains etc, at a premium. All in all there's a great selection of goods throughout the store and I enjoy going there. Reminds me a little bit of my beloved and dearly missed Mother's Market in my home state of (southern) California.
