I came to pick up my online order and store was closed so I went to the drive-through and there was a truck waiting at the window and I sat there for 15 minutes without the truck moving, and when I finally did get to the window, the lady was extremely rude when I told her that I was upset and she said I will cancel your order and shut the window on me. I had already paid, so I did not want to cancel my order. She was extremely hostile and rude and out of control. Worst experience ever I will never go there again.

Went to have in-store dinner. but carry out only . Got 2 too pice chicken dinners open them kno utensils . Went back asked for utensils they said they did not have any . Chicken was cold. eat mash potatoes with the lid from the cokes . What can I say?

What KFC doesn't have original chicken at 1:30 on a Sunday and then I'm told it will be 25 minutes till it's done. Ever heard about being proactive???And...they had no silverware. Guess we were supposed to drink our mashed potatoes. Terrible store..Terrible service.Won't be back

I'm actually rating this location a zero. They have terrible customer service, which I have experienced on 2 occasions this year. The 1st bad experience I went inside to order and I wasn't acknowledged at all. They continued to work on drive thru orders, so I left after 10 minutes or so. There were customers after me that followed suit. I opted for Taco Bell instead, which was right up the street.The 2nd occasion I went through the drive thru, and was asked to wait. I waited for a while, then once again ignored! I said, "hello" and someone responded, but didn't take my order. I waited for a few minutes then left the line. I drove to Edgewater's Chick-Fil-A.The NSB location customer service has declined drastically! My mom and I have gone to this location for over many, many years and we decided to go elsewhere, which is usually Edgewater's Chick-fil-A instead. I don't know what is going on at this location, but I don't think I will be returning anytime soon when I'm in town!

Was there an hour before closing fries chick sand was barely warm and hard. Prob sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. Take the advice stay away with Culver's and zaxbys in the area their days are
I wanted a two piece chicken meal with legs, one original one extra crispy. They informed me that they don’t have extra crispy chicken. OK two originals would be just fine with mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side and butter and honey for the biscuit. I get to the window she gives me my food, and before I drive away, I look at the box to make sure the order is correct. There is no biscuit in there. I flagged the man down and told him that there was no biscuit or butter and honey in the box. He then turns to a coworker and says you didn’t tell this lady that we don’t have biscuits. I will let you handle her since I didn’t take this order. So the girl comes to the window and just stares at me and I ask, is there something else I can get instead and she said yes what would you like. I said coleslaw. When I got home, the coleslaw tasted disgusting, the mashed potatoes had the gravy all over them so she somehow didn’t understand the fact that I requested gravy on the side. The two pieces of chicken were tasting absolutely disgusting and were old. I think based on this experience, and the fact that most of my order was incorrect, I will find another restaurant to visit.

The staff was very friendly, and the dining room was somewhat decently clean. My only issue is. The food was not fresh. It was still good, like it was made probably 30 minutes prior. And left in the heater. But I think when someone specifically asks for fresh food, they should get it.If the food had been fresh, if the chicken was fresh, if the fries were crispy fresh, if the biscuit was warm… This will definitely be five stars. That is all.Parking: Several spots, this place is never packed.

This place is a joke. They don’t know the difference between a chicken breast and a chicken thigh. We ordered two number ones which is 22 piece dark. They tried to pass off the breast that size. Then they said oh wait no we don’t have any thighs. We also mention that we didn’t have any biscuits. Oh wait, we don’t have any biscuits either. They tried to make it up by giving us two more legs and two more sides. Not happy campers. At 7:30 PM on a Sunday night, April 30, 2023

Ordered the new Chicken nuggets. What a waste of money. They were not nuggets at all. They all were the size of a pea. I'm getting to the point where I'm done with them. The quality of the food is getting worse and the prices are going up.

Went to get 12 piece tender fillup. And says $20.00. The girl tried to charge $32. Won't be going back there!
It was very relaxing. Food was good too.
