Almost forcing you to use the kiosks that most of us have not been trained on how to use which complicates the dining experience but it's either that or you wait 10 minutes for someone to take your order. Then it took them over 10 minutes to prepare the simplest of food orders which was just a McDouble and a small fry. With almost no acknowledgement of my existence from the management or staff. The again that seems to be par for the course with McDonald's lately and what corporate expects.

Stopped in for lunch, went through the drive thru and it was slow going had to wait at least 15 mins.i had a mobile order.the french fries was greasy I couldn't eat them the Apple pie was over baked only thing was good was the Arnold Palmer.

Something absolutely wrong with this location. We have been here several times. The food is always old tasting. Stale buns. I’m not entirely sure how you make a wilted and dry chicken nugget. And it’s constantly bad. The fries are always old even when you ask for no salt it doesn’t matter you just get salted fries. Honestly with prices so high we’re done with McDonalds especially this location since it’s so bad. Go to the one off 44 some how they are better.

Don’t recommend this McDonald’s! This is the worst McDonald’s in the Edgewater New Smyrna Area. They always forget your food on any order, DoorDash, or walk ins. Have attitude problems, and don’t give a damn about the customers. At this point I’d rather take my money else where.Parking: Don’t go to this McDonald’s!

Who doesn't love McDonald's restaurants. Food has always been hot and fresh.
Ben coming here 10 years the children who work here are extremely slow drop outs who don't listen to simplest of tasks and if they forget something its an argument instead of just getting the item you want and charging you.10$ for 10 piece nugget and medium fry and apparently that's not even with a drink , guess im done with mc donalds for good ,better for my health anyways.

People here need training for lack of people skills and order mix ups.i went back 7 months later to find out that 1/28/24 at 9.15 am when ordering through drive the order taker has serious problems regarding my order of two breakfast stake meals.Im done here at this place and probably McDonald's in general .disrespectful is an understatement, I went somewhere else.
