My family and I had dinner here for the first time last night and it was amazing! The owner and our waiter, Francesco, were so warm and friendly that they immediately felt like old friends. They were so sweet and fun with our four year old son and the food was absolutely delicious. Authentic Italian food prepared by Italians. One of the best restaurants in the area. Can’t wait to go back again!!

Fantastic fresh Italian food! The bruschetta is out of this world! The pizza is phenomenal... the crust! Super savory & baked in their woodfire oven! Francesco the chef makes you feel like family when you walk in the door! This is definitely my new go-to stop when I'm in NSB from now on!

It's so hard to find a great pizza pie. You know one made with passion, with love. Last night I ran into a pie that blew me away. The crust was the best I ever had. Light and airy with flavors of Naples, and I don't mean Florida. The pizza sauce was maybe the best I ever had. I ordered a meat lovers with sausage, pepperoni, ham and bacon. When it arrived piping hot to the table it was the first time I noticed it didn't have cheese. It didn't need it. Simply stunning pie. I had them put a little fresh grated cheese on top and I added hot pepper flakes. The service was a spectacular as the pie and the old school atmosphere of this special place is amazing. If you ever find yourself in New Smyrna Beach craving a pie then haul yourself into Pizza Pomodoro. I can't wait to return the next time I am in town. Delizioso........ I

What a fantastic little Italian restaurant right in Smyrna beach Florida.Roberto, the owner was very very nice. Everybody there is Italian 100%.Francesco and Giuseppe are very friendly. As soon as you step in, they greet you with open arms. The food was delicious. Best pizza margherita and gnocchi. Yumm.I highly recommend this restaurant. It won't disappoint you. Trust me??

It was just ok. I would give it another star if it was not so overpriced. I really liked the Caesar salad dressing but $10 for a basic Caesar salad is steep! They pizza was just ok, I've had worse but it was nothing spectacular and $14 for a 12" pizza with one topping I thought was steep too. It's ok but I probably won't order from there again.

Not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this was not a good experience.I had some expectations after reading reviews however this was a flop! I placed an online order for 4:30pm pickup. Receive text at 4:15pm that my order is ready. Thats issue #1 if I was available at 4:15pm I would have selected that for a pickup time. Pizza sitting around for an extra 15mins in a box. Then on top of that it looked as if the pizza was cooked under a lighter. See the picture. I was extremely disappointed. 3.9

I’m standing here in my vacation condo at the kitchen island stuffing myself with this pizza. In-laws brought it home for the rest of us to enjoy. FABULOUS PIZZA. I mean, fabulous. The in laws were raving about their dining experience, the charming and proud owner, the gnocchi…We might hit this place up on our flight home.

My wife, kids (7 and 3), and I stopped by for dinner tonight after being out on our boat. We walked in and felt a little underdressed, as we all had beach/boat clothes on. But the self consciousness of my dress quickly vanished as the charismatic staff welcomed us and treated us like family from the time we sat down. My kids, like I'm sure most, wanted a cheese pizza to split. It came out quickly and looked (and according to them tasted) delicious. My wife and I had a glass of wine (who eats Italian without wine??), the daily special for an appetizer, and 2 different personal pizzas. Everything was so delicious we forgot to take pictures until we were done (as can be seen by the half eaten pizza). Would certainly recommend, and we will undoubtedly be back after another trip on the boat.

Excellent, authentic Italian dinner. It’s a very nice atmosphere and finally an Italian restaurant that plays traditional Italian music in the background. That alone makes all the difference. A nice rustic decor and a great feel. Very friendly and personal service. The food is delicious. The bread that they serve, hot and fresh from the oven, is probably one of the best breads I ever had. Great pizza, the way I remember it from Italy. We are definitely coming back.

Well! I just found my spot! I wanted a really good quality pizza today and man did I find it. I feel like a chef in this place is channeling their inner NONNA. This is by far the best pizza and saying it's full of flavor is putting it lightly! We ordered 3 pies: margherita, meat lovers, and capriciosa. All 3 were super filling and absolutely delicious! We also ordered the bruschetta. There was so much love in every detail. So so happy we found this place!
