This place should be ashamed of themselves. The food is always terrible. They always miss stuff in your bags. The service is atrocious. The he inside drink machine has been broken pretty much since they opened. This most recent venture we spent 40$ on 2 fish sandwiches and a chicken sandwich. All had no sauce or pickles the fish was old tasting like it’s been setting out all day and the chicken was extremely soggy and also had no sauce or pickles. They missed a side of macaroni and cheese. It all tasted so bad we threw our food away. This place is terrible and deserves to be closed down. What a sad excuses for a Popeyes go to port Orange don’t eat this trash.

The girl was nice enough but their drink dispenser was down and I said I wanted ice tea - I got sweet tea (I wasn’t given an option!) then she puts our sandwiches on a tray when we said take out and our fries took a very long time but the food was good.

Terrible experience. My brother was sick and wanted some Popeyes comfort food. I made an order which was 20 dollars, already a lot for fast food, and he opens up the container to find something from the floor sitting right on top of his food. Having worked in the fast food industry this is definitely what you would sweep up off the floor. Even better they wouldn't refund, apologize, remake the order or do anything about it and said they "just can't" which is AGAINST policy. Waste of time money and energy, very disappointing. I would post the picture but it won't let me. Stay away, smh.

I came here 30 minutes before they are supposed to close they won't answer the drive-thru I drive to the window and there's nobody to be seen. I have called five times I have honked the horn, I don't live close and I'm pretty pissed I had to drive here for nothing they shouldn't be closing early. Somebody just now finally 10 minutes before they're supposed to close come to the window while they're on the phone with somebody saying oh I'm sorry I can't help you we closed early

The worst drive thru I've ever been to the Service unbelievably poor!! Why do you spend millions of dollars on a restaurant if you can't properly and professionally staff the place. You pull up to drive thru and they don't even acknowledge your presence for sometimes 5 minutes. I've given this place a chance over ten times because I love Popeyes chicken so Get your act together!! McDonald's next door is banging it out constantly but this Popeyes is a poor ghetto uneducated child. Might as well bulldoze this restaurant!!

Was on an hour and a half road trip on an empty stomach. Made a pit stop there hoping I was going to be in and out.To my faith , Fries were hot, chicken nuggets were fresh as well. They had Cajun sprinkle packets there too ??. I was like whuuut?? Had to grab me some for my nuggs ?.I was in and out within 10 minutes.This location was ? on everything ?? ⭐

This is the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to. They have messed up my order multiple times. This last time, they said I didn't order a drink with my combo and that they didn't charge me but it was clearly on the receipt and she had ask me what I wanted to drink with it. Then when I got my food, the mashed potatoes had gravy when I ask for no gravy. They did not give me the strawberry biscuit that I ordered but was charged for. They locked the doors at 6:00 p.m. so I could not get in to speak with the manager. Horrible store. I spent over $32 for 2 meals. Not worth it. I also spent over 10 minutes in the line with only one car in front of me that left before they took their order. I waited approximately 10 minutes after I ordered to get my food.

I have never have Popeyes like this.its the first time that chicken have taste at all. Popeyes name its ruined if you guys keep it up this way like KFC. So disappointing. I got exited when I saw Popeyes but the excitement got ruine?

Ordered thru drive thru, repeated order several times then waited for them to bring out to car $31 and only received 1 meal and 2 drinks. They weren't busy. Unfortunately we drove away before realizing there mistake, frustrating.

The absolute slowest fast food restaurant around. Can’t deal with more than one order at a time. Pull up to the window and asked to take a moment to look at the menu… I say I placed an online order. No response. 4minutes and 37 seconds later I get another hello can I help you. Tell them once again I have a mobile order. Pull up. Wait an additional 9 minutes before I get a food. And guess what? No sauces were given even though I know they were indicated as I selected them on the app. Was given double fries even though fries and red beans and rice were selected in the app too. This location is literally the worst.
