It was our last day of our trip and unfortunately the Beacon Restaurant on Flagler was closed, so we decided to go here. My wife and were seated and I asked for water and my wife ordered a coffee and water. I was served coffee and my wife given water. I gave her my coffee and told her to keep the water. I would get something with our food. We both ordered eggs Benedict, and I ordered a mimosa. There was no options for different mimosas on the menu, so dummy me assumed it would be orange juice in it. When it arrived it was pink, I'm assuming grapefruit juice? Our food came fairly quickly. Both of our eggs Benedict were hard boiled and my hash browns were over cooked. I managed to choke down my meal, however my wife ate a little of her eggs Benedict and a little of her grits. The waitress never asked how meal was or inquired why most of my wife's meal was uneaten. We travel here every year and will not be back here.

The waitress, Amber that works there is awesome. Even during time when their buzy and short staffed, she does an amazing job. Trust me she good and a great treat in the morning for my wife and I. We will return.PS the food is good too!

The view is amazing as you watch the ocean and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Th restaurant is clean and attractive and has a welcoming atmosphere. The menu has a nice variety. First of all I walked in I already felt the tension in the lady when she saw me..I thought this was part of the hotel and I asked her how much was the coffee ?she said $4 I said is this part of the hote?l she snapped like no this is our private restaurant.. so I decided to stay at this Karen's breakfast she was falling all over this other lady ..not surprised she came around my table then was semi-pleasant but not like she was with the other lady.. as the lady was leaving she said something about her room number? I thought it was part of the hotel and then when I asked her she said no this is not part of Best Western.. And then getting out The door was so hard to push and I have a disability and she was so rude that she kept saying keep pushing keep pushing I said I'm trying to push I'm only 106 lb guess I didn't look like the other lady in the restaurant I didn't look like anybody there in New Smyrna Beach like a leathered face Karens...
