Coming home from a business trip, I called them up and asked the process, I was talking directly got the owner and even though it was a late order, he said if I ordered right now he would ensure I had my meal prep within 24 hours.... And let me tell you the meals were delicious!!!! I tried a variety of 10 meals and all of them were just amazing!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Love Strong Food! Chef Stephanie has created a unique and fully customizable menu to meet any dietary need. For every meal of the day and all the snacks in between, there is always something yummy. The Mediterranean salmon burger is my absolute favorite and the avocado and chickpea hummus is delicious. Chef Stephanie keeps an open line of communication to ensure you get exactly what you want. Excellent service with top quality food!

For an example, I do no dairy, gluten, soy, corn products, and most nuts expect coconut, almonds and walnuts. I really love the BBQ Korean Meatballs and the Apple Cinnamon protein waffles! They also have the option for home delivery which is great if you’re unable to pick up your meals.
