Sunday Aug 20th I drove 10 minutes to get there and arrived at 21 minutes until closing - 7:39 PM. As I began to walk across the parking lot, I saw a woman turning off the OPEN sign then lock the door. I'm not wasting my time going back ever again.

Terrible customer service the worker Lisa said “don’t come back to my store b!+ch” after I asked her to put extra cheese on my veggie delight sandwich she said that was not how it came I told her I would pay for it and she still had a problem and was throwing the veggies I asked for her managers number the store number and she would not give it to me and refused to serve me further this is a terrible way to treat a paying customer she is not a manager and had no authority to refuse me her mangers number to file a complaint not to mention she was cussing in front or children

Lisa was very very rude I came in with my family and she had a attitude from the start and we put it aside and we asked for our cucumbers cut and she threw the mayo stick and we left and she told me to “never coke back to her store b*****

Weird awkward employee didn’t know I was in the lobby for 5+ minutes no one around, no customers or employees. I could have taken anything I wanted from the store because no one is watching it… pretty much a free-for-all for people that want to grab food and run. I could have gotten behind the counter and started taking tons of food items and no one would have known. Then a strange attitude from the employee talking trash about the boss. I walked out and got Chinese food… 7:41PM 4/11/23

Staff here sucks. The blonde lady was so grumpy when we came in and seemed annoyed the entire time we ordered. The red head lady was a little nicer but not much. If I ran this Subway, I'd fire them both.
While staying with my grandkids for a few days, I wanted to order Subway for lunch. After being told on the phone that all orders had to be placed on-line, I drove to the subway. Two ladies we’re working the counter. The redhead with the nose rings came to the counter and asked what I wanted. When I told her 4 subs, she sighed and turned her back. I asked if her if there was a problem, she said no but didn’t turn around. With her back still toward me, she said “white or wheat”, which I didn’t understand, so when I said what, the other lady looked at me and clearly said “white or wheat”. By then I was very upset at the rudeness of the redhead. There was no one else in line, so it wasn’t as though they were too busy to have to make 4 subs. Sad times for businesses with no one to hire.I left without ordering and got my subs elsewhere
