I came to buy a couple of pizzas to take away and waited 1 and 15 minutes when they had told me the wait time would be 30 minutes. The restaurant was almost empty. After 50 minutes, the person serving with the greatest indifference only said that the oven had been filled and that caused the delay, without an apology or an expression of embarrassment, just that we had to wait until they were going to prepare them. He didn't even offer a glass of water to soften the bad moment... I'm almost sure he forgot the order. We let the owner of the Rest know and his total indifference caused us more annoyance…. When the pizzas were ready the lady didn't even look at us to express an apology for the waiting time.

First of all: 10% off yelp check-in coupon!! So nice!! Upon entering, we were immediately welcomed by a charming presumably Italian gentleman who showed us to our table. The atmosphere is humble- vinyl table cloths and booths but there is big band music playing quietly for ambience. Beer and California Wine only for adult beverages-which was fine for us. We ordered a carafe of the house Chianti at server Heather's rec- it did not disappoint. I ordered Sicilian grouper and it was delicious- portion size just right- with salad and home made knot rolls-- Hubs had the shells and they were delicious also. We had our fill so I don't know about the dessert menu- we payed it forward with our unfinished carafe and gifted it to a nearby table of adults who were already served wine. We will return. Remember to tip from full price;)

We have eaten there and loved the food. So we decided to get a take out pizza. It was awful. We ordered a medium and the crust took up so much room it looked like a small. I cut all the crust off. I ate 4 pieces to get the normal 2 I might eat. I feel like I paid 25.00 for a box of crust. Will not do that again. Also Florida needs to recognize we northerners like green olives on our pizzas. You have them in the restraunt why not offer them???? Could never understand that. Bad bad!

Several of us ordered the Grouper with Lemon sauce and the breaded topping. It was not as we expected. It came in a baking dish but it was more like a soup or a stew. Very soupy. Hardly any fish. Just terrible. Might give the restaurant one more try Before writing off.

We did take out twice, we tried the lasagna, it was watery, very little meat, and very little cheese. The mozzarella sticks were also horrible. We gave a second chance and got a pizza. 2 slices were without cheese or sauce, when, we ordered double cheese. It was a big waste, do not bother! I usually never write reviews but I absolutely had to this time, find another pizza place.

Many choices on the menu, fish, pasta, etc., and the food was tasty. Great garlic knots and chx piccata. Servers are very pleasant and accommodating. The place is cute but pretty tired and could really use upgraded benches in the booths (super hard and uncomfortable), music included nice choices but was playing on WiFi that went in and out the entire time we were there (rather they just turn it off), and the men’s bathroom is filthy. There was a lot of take out pizza while we were there which makes us believe it’s likely pretty good pizza.
