Shame on the manager and shame on the staff for telling an 83 yr old man “to go order at the machine, we are short staffed” when he explained he could not see nor understand how to use the machine, the employee says “okay”. Now fuming, I got up an helped him… but guess what?! You need a manager to give a senior discount.. so this 83 yr old man was forced to leave the store, get in his car and go somewhere else. Why? Lack of customer service skills, lack of compassion and straight up disrespect.

They were out of diet soda but this is first occasion for that in many years, so I am not marking them down for that. The unsweet iced tea was good. I miss their organic green tea from years past. But a franchisee has no control over that.

Didn't mind waiting nearly 30 minutes for an Uber Eats pickup. What did it for me was being instructed to pull into the mobile order spot, watch another mobile order get helped that came after me, then see multiple cars in the drive thru leave with their orders, before almost being handed someone else's order and finding out that the order I've been waiting for wasn't even prepared yet.
Often times they run out of all soda, but let you order without bring it up….like its a surprise to the

Picked my girlfriend up at Sanford airport at 11:40pm. She was starving and had her heart set on Wendy's chicken nuggets. She checked online and saw that they were open until 1:00am. Went through the drive thru at 12:25am. No response at the speaker. Pulled around to the window and saw what looked like Jay and Silent Bob mopping the floor. I tried to get their attention, but they just ignored us. They were probably high AF! The hours on the drive thru window said open until 1:00am. We drove away after being ignored for about 5 minutes straight. If you're going to advertise being open until 1:00am then stay open and serve until 1:00am. I noticed there's A LOT of 1 star reviews on here. That says a lot about management and the owner of the store. At this rate you won't be far behind KFC.

I went through drive throu that was empty, had to wait 15 minutes after ordering. Order was incomplete. I knew I should have went through everything before I left. Since when was a taco salad only a side salad with chili? USUALLY, it's a larger salad with chili, tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream. I ordered 2 taco salads. None of the ingredients to assemble it were in the bag....employee's were short tempered and plainly showed they didn't want to be there.This is the worst wendys I've been to in years.
