“We had an amazing family meal at Woodyard Grill last Friday afternoon. Went in about 4pm with my kids ages 10 and 12. We started off with an appetizer of jalapeño poppers which came out quickly and nice and hot. 10 year old got the hot honey garlic boneless wings, which he loved. 12 year old got the fried fish sandwich which she loved as well. I got the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. Everything came out in perfect timing, was hot and cooked just right. My steak and mashed potatoes had plenty of gravy so I didn't have to ask for extra. Mac and cheese was obviously home made and delicious. The waitress was quick and attentive and gave my kids several refills on their lemonades and even a top off with a plastic lid to go right before we left. We got banana pudding to go and it was perfect way to end a delicious meal.Thank you Woodyard Grill for a great memory!“

“I do not give a lot of all 5 stars on my reviews, but if you haven't tried this place, you should and soon. We got the 4 meat dinner with ribs instead of chicken, shredded pork, brisket, and sausage. Everything was tender and quite tasty. The chili has brisket and a touch of a sweet taste. This is now our go-to for bar-b-que. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The only thing I would change is the volume of the music, but we did go at an off peak time.“
