You have to order from your phone and no one comes to the table at all except to bring your food. I felt like the portions were EXTREMELY small, I was not full at all when I left. The tables were also not clean, the food tasted okay. It's a shame, I was really excited to try it!

Went to Bamboo last Wednesday. Was craving sushi. You know the spiel- pay first ( and Tip first ) , then you will get the food . Sushi arrives, I start eating it and almost eat the hair in it . I call the waitress, she took it to her manager, brought an another sushi, I couldn't eat it . Left $56 lighter. I will never eat there again .

I've had consistent friendly service and we enjoy their crack roll I'll eat two rolls by myself.I also like the red dragon roll. It's a sit where you like seat your self and order at the counter spot and they have drive thru-pick up too.

I get the Fried Tofu Hibachi all the time, it's my favorite. This place has really unique fried tofu, I've never had anything like it anywhere else. It's really crisp, I'm not sure how they do it. Definitely the best I've had anywhere. If you're vegan this is a great spot to go!

Excellent! The portions are huge! Sushi is super fresh. Appetizers are more like meals (shrimp tempura, for example); be prepared if you order. Fried rice was extremely fresh. Very pleased. Will definitely be visiting again.

Just discovered this place and OMG...we love it so much! The rolls are fresh, clean and delicious. Staff are friendly and respectful. Very laid back restaurant, clean and spacious environment.

As someone who works in the service industry I hate to leave a two star review. I’ve been to this location many times and it’s usually really good. The food was good as always, but the woman who rang us up did not get our order right. I do understand that mistakes happen, but I expect that when it is the cashiers mistake that it will be remedied with no questions asked. We ordered the special and they unfortunately didn’t have enough of what we ordered to complete our order. They offered a solution which we gratefully accepted. When we ordered this special we were asked if we wanted veggies and rice or double rice. We received double rice even though we asked for rice and veggies. We were later informed that it did not have the option to come with veggies. Totally fine. No biggie. Then our appetizer took forever to come out because it apparently got burnt the first time. No worries. It finally comes out. It’s not hot. I also ordered a side of white rice which according to the ticket was not rung up. The server placed the ticket on the table and told us we did not order it. Honestly considering all of the issues with the order the least they could do was give us a free side of white rice.

Came to try this location and it did not disappoint. I absolutely love their food. The service was great. We usually go to the one in Crestview, but wanted to try this location for a change. I like the calm and chill atmosphere. The fried rice is as always very delicious. I love the hibachi steak and the yum yum sauce mmm... we got the shrimp tempura and really enjoyed it too. It is super fried, so if you're in the mood for some fried veggies and shrimp, I recommend.

Tips for self-service? Went for the Steak Hibachi and while my expectations were high (due to friends hyping this place up), it was just pretty “average” in my opinion. Price was a bit high as well for the serving size we received. Nothing too crazy here.Here’s out it goes, you walk up to place your order to an actual person manning the register and right before you pay you get asked by the machine if you would like to tip…for seating yourself and pouring your own beverage of course. You seat yourself at your table and your food is brought out to you. Workers were kind and the place was pretty clean. Food, average.

Very good sushi. Just moved from a big city with very good sushi, and Bamboo's rolls are right there with anything I've had. Typically if you order, say...4 rolls, 1 of them will just be ok...not here, all fire. Kids meals for under $5? What a bonus. Can't wait to come back soon for hibachi (and more rolls), because the "yum yum" and ginger sauces the kids had were bussin.
