I ordered a 4 pack on the crumbl app and received the wrong cookies. So I tried to rate the experience on the app and it wouldn't let me get past the camera permissions even though they were set to allow. So I called the store to inform them about the issue and they said there wasn't anything they could do expect have for me to drive up to the store to pick up the mistake. I was at work and couldn't leave that was the whole reason to order delivery in the first place. Asked for a credit and was told they didn't know if they could do that. Really irritated and disappointed in the customer service.
