I am done with taco bell in Niceville the past 4 or 5 times me and my family have tried to get food from this location it is always messed up from forgotten items to cold food , and sometimes just random things in our to go order that was not even ordered

The guy who worked the drive through April 10 and was the best! We didn’t get an item, bruddah fixed it. Service 11 out 10. Man made it a 6 out of 5 experience.

Online order went to drive through for pickup. Manager was super rude when she handed me my order I asked for picante sauce, she said it’s in the bag and slammed the window. So I looked and no sauce was in the bag. I sat there she stared at me for a good 2 minutes before coming back with a handful of picante sauce soon as she opened the window before I could I say there was no sauce in the bag she had already shoved her out the drive through window and just basically dropped the sauce packets in car window. She didn’t give me a chance to try and grab them. Then slammed the window shut again. My husband said she shot a bird ( her middle finger) after she closed the window but I didn’t notice beings I was busy trying to pickup the sauce packets in my lap and car door that she had just thrown in my car. I thought the one in fort Walton on Beal pkwy was rude. They are saints compared to this Taco Bell location. I will not ever stop here again.

I don't see why there are so many negative reviews ! It's taco bell ?. got food to go and nothing went wrong. I Even left my orange juices inside and a nice lady brought it out to me. Alot of people don't know the food industry. Constantly on your feet for many hours of the day. Good job ! ?

Tonight I had a craving for a Mexican pizza. My favorite Taco Bell meal. Usually a hit for me however tonight my pizza tasted like cleaning products. I also had a taco supreme and the sour cream tasted off. Hope I don’t get sick. Other than the food the service was fine.

Today my mom and I went here for lunch, and let's say I'm regretting that. The burritos were burnt, the tacos and chalupa was alright. But the meat was burnt and felt like plastic. The service was not very pleasant. Shortly after I left to walmart I started dry heaving in the parking lot and was severely nauseous.
