The service here really sucks!! While the burgers may be okay but to wait in line 25 minutes for 4 cars is unacceptable. I saw several cars turn around and go elsewhere while I was waiting. Plus my fries were cold. Won't be back soon!!

Look! Best burger in the land...just my opinion. The staff work very hard and have always been very friendly! Oh the Patty Melt is not on the list to choose from...highly recommend!

Not sure what's going on recently at tops but after waiting I'm the drive thru and at the window for almost 10 minutes and never had anyone talk to me or even come to the window. Terrible customer service. The people out front looking strung out on drugs didn't help either. After years of going here I will not be back

Proverbial greasy burger joint….and I love it! Great tasting burgers and sides. Drive thru only, but if I’m not grilling burgers, I’m getting them from Tops!

Look, TOPS has great burgers and hot dogs.... period.But if you only have 30 for lunch, don't go at noon because it's "drive thru" and you WILL WAIT!!!
