I'm not the type of person to leave a chain like Waffle House a 5 star review. Usually you get what you pay for as far as food (it's dirt cheap), the floors are greasy, and you feel guilty for eating at a place like this.THIS LOCATION broke all of those stereotypes. With only two people working, they were on their A game. Today on the 16th, of September, 2023We went to the Waffle House in Niceville, the service is excellent, Teri was our waitress who is very pleasant and fast, has a nice smile. However, the music was loud and our food was wrong. But, we hate it without a fuss. The cook needs to pay attention to the order when the waitress tell them or have it repeat it back again to make sure it was heard. In all very clean restaurant.Kid-friendliness: I’ve observe that they are in fact kid friendly.

Leslie waited on me and she did a great job. Very polite and made sure my coffee was always full. The rest of was very respectful, along with Jennifer with her hat. I was there on Christmas and had a great meal. I was surprised to see the District Manager come in while I was there and he started cooking and helping out. Now that's Good Management.
