Worst burger king I've ever attended. They are so slow and rude. They hold you at the first window to keep drive thru times down. Tonight 2/28 it took me 40 minutes to get through drive thru. Second burger king I've been to that will tell you to sit at the first window till they tell you your food is ready. 100%

I wanted a Whopper Junior so bad, I ran out of the house 15 minutes before my curfew time just to get back home to this. This Whopper Junior is not edible at all. The lettuce looks old, the tomato is basically skin and it's too slimy from the amount of mayonnaise that was slapped on. Not to mention before I left the drive-thru I put a french fry in my mouth, like I assume we all do and it was completely cold. So I asked the nice young man working the window if he could please switch out my french fries for new one. With no hesitation, he did. But I'm so disappointed in my Whopper Jr and my chicken fries. Because I didn't put a chicken fry in my mouth right there at the window I didn't realize they were completely cold as well as the french fries, I sent back. I don't know what was worse, them being cold or being stale. I didn't want to send my French fries back because I didn't want to make a big deal about it but after all, Burger King stands on "having it your way" So this is really disappointing Burger King. The reason why I'm doing a review is because this is not the first time I've had this happen at this same Burger King.My last name might be McDonald but I still love you Burger King!

Waited like twenty minutes behind a single other person in the drive thru for them to be unsure which order was even mine and then it was cold and completely wrong when I got it. Never going back here.

If I could give this drive thru NEGATIVE numbers, I would!! Live right down the street & UNFORTUNATELY been coming here for 4 yrs....WORST DRIVE THRU EVER!! So incredibly slow, incompetent employees, orders constantly messed up....You work at Burger King, how hard is your job??

The onion rings look mutated & scary, unappetizing, couldn’t eat. I know it’s not the stores fault it’s the supplier.Update:The whopper my relatives bought last looked like it was very pale and had growths on it- unappetising looking, I didn’t eat, my relatives got sick from it. The whoppers I’ve bought in other states do not look like this, i don’t know what is going on with Florida’s whoppers and meat. Gross looking whopper. I didn't eat this, let the people who bought it for me eat it and they got sick.They should NOT look like this, the whoppers in Ohio and Georgia and other states don't look gross like this. This whopper is paler than normal whoppers and it looks like it has little growths on it, like the cow was sick and had cysts or something- really gross. I hardly eat the beef in Florida- I don't know what's wrong with their cows because this isn't the only place that has gross looking meat.(May 30th 2023)
