This location is the worst. They did not want to serve me at 9:30PM even tho they close at 11:00 PM, she said they had a hard they and they wanted to close early. She had to serve me, and when I said 3 milkshakes, she gave me attitude. She took 30 minutes to make them. More people came in, and there were 3 more employees that all they were doing was cleaning to close early and did not attend the clients.Then another employee came from inside to take a taste of ice cream in front of all the people waiting and left.The franchise should take this location away from the franchisee. The manager must be worst ever. Head quarters need to do something about it. I did a complaint last year with them, but I guess they don't care either. This place is full of lazy employees.Hey Manager, get your store under control or quit.

They close at 11pm and I got there at 920pm for 3 chocolate shakes. The girl said they were busy all day and didn't want to serve. They had cleaned up. My husband said come on 3 shakes. She looked over at the rest of the women standing around talking and looked at us annoyed. I told my husband lets go and walked out. He said no way. They're open until 11 and it's early enough. The worst customer service is at this place. Staff is ridiculously lazy. As one employee was leaving she took a spoon of ice cream into her mouth and walked out. The econd time and last time.

Horrible experience. I ordered a cake two days in advance for 1 pm. I showed up at 2:30 just in case the cake was late, and it wasn't made at all. I told them I had an order confirmation code, and they told me they just never made it and couldn't give me a refund in store. 0/5 stars

Visit Date: January 6, 2024 at 8:56 pmThis place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT waste your hard earned money here. The customer service is non-existent and borderline racist. They advertise a close time of 10pm but chose to lock their doors at 8:45 pm on the day that I went with my family. However, there were already people in the store when we were told to go through the drive-through. We proceeded to the drive-through where the horrid treatment continued, and to add insult to injury, they later let another couple in after they had told me and my family that they were only serving via drive-through. When my husband tried to question the staff on why we were not allowed in the store, they began yelling at him and mocking him while telling us to leave. By far the worst Baskin Robbins visit I've ever experienced.

The staff here is always rude and acts as if people coming in are bothering them. I come in at least once a month, and very rarely greet me when I walk in. I have to say hello first to be helped and acknowledged. I say Please and Thank You and the staff only communicates to say my total to pay. Rude, impolite, dismissive— my last time was today.

Ordered a cake for my son, when I got there. The girl was taking someone else’s order.( Mind you, there were other workers there, and no more customers to help, besides me and the other person who was being helped already) no one acknowledged me, or even said we will be with you in a minute. Nothing. Then when she was done with their order she just walked away. Didn’t say a word. Then she stood there talking to some other worker, and a few minutes later, a different lady then comes to the register and decided to help me. I say I’m here to pick up a cake I ordered online. She tries to charge me for it. I said I already paid online, I show the proof. She said it’s okay, I believe you . ( they don’t keep record, of who pays) ? The cake looked great; However, it tasted terrible. My kids wouldn’t even finish their pieces( it was for my son’s birthday ) I had to throw out the rest of the cake, they refused to eat it. When I tried it. I could see why. It was terrible. I would like to add. I also got a dozen donuts and the lady made it seem like I was inconveniencing her to order them. I definitely won’t be going to that location again. I will add, it did look clean inside the store.
