what is the point of having a sign saying you’re “open 24 hours, fri-sun” if we only get a automated message about how you’re closed on advertised day and time ??? take the sign

Staff on the clock at 12:28 AM 11/01/2023 needs to be fired immediately. Waited 15 mins to get a response on the drive thru to only hear from a black lady with blonde wig say the store is only taking mobile orders on the app. Had no explanation and went back to using her phone. Trash.

WORST EXPERIENCE! My wife and 2 hungry children went Saturday night 8/26 at 9:05pm. They served the man in front of us and when it was our turn to order, the snooty counter woman with an attitude told us "if you order something you gonna take it with you - we close the dining room". We turned around disgusted with her attitude and went to Wendy's across the street, where they welcomed us and treated us with dignity. On the way out, I noticed most tables were dirty. The gentleman that ordered in front of us was sitting down in the dining room enjoying his meal. The sign outside the door states they are open until 10pm and the website states they are open until 11pm.NEVER AGAIN!STAY AWAY!
black female employee super rude, I went at 2 am to order, no one asked for order, so I went to window, extremely rudely she opened the window and said, "at this time we are not taking orders". They have a sign saying that FRI-SUN they open 24 hrs, she is very rude women. It was not first time when she has shown that she doesn't like her job. I will be calling corporate to tell about rude behavior.

They're several other Burger Kings you can eat at if you're looking for fast service. The service is terrible! Workers are very slow and only a few have a positive attitude.It does not matter if you're in the drive through or you go inside to order. You will wait for long periods to get served. A lady ordered for pick up and her food was not even prepared. Yet, you have 3-4 employees by the fryer. No one was at the register when I got there, then a young lady checked me out and walked off without handing me a receipt. The soda machine been down for months! Every-time I go in-store there's a sign up.

Almost always, at 11 at night, the workers who serve the clients are already tired and because of that I think that sometimes they are very serious and inattentive with the clients. But, I had to be served by the best of the best, Antionque, if I'm not mistaken, that was the name of the young woman who served us at this BurgerKing. She was attentive, with a smile, although she looked tired, but at no time did she leave her good manners. Wow!!!!….definitely a fresh and tasty meal, it is best enjoyed with a smile from the server. Thank you Antionque, and thank you BurgerKing for having such excellent workers as this beautiful lady.
