Horrible customer service all the time no matter what shift it is. I hate leaving reviews but they definitely deserve it. I recommend you to drive to the one by 441 and atlantic. Believe me the extra mile is definitely worth it. These ladies have a very nasty attitude all the time and that half bald manager should definitely be replaced for God's sake.

Great customer service super early in the morning. And the food was delicious. I can always count on this location, just wish they were open 24/7 so no one ever has to deal with the horrible attitudes they have at the location down the street.

The customer service sucked, but the actual burger was the best Whopper I've ever had. All the ingredients were fresh. The meat was freshly grilled, the tomatoes were ripe and juicy, the lettuce was crunchy(not flat and wilted), and the bread was soft. I still can't believe it. Whoever runs the kitchen is on point. It was like someone just went to the market and bought all those ingredients just for me. I can't wait until next Wednesday!

Today at drive-through I let them know I had a coupon when I reached to pay they said they would not honor. I said why because she said I didn’t give her enough time. I told her I told you when make an order she said I didn’t have enough time, Jessica and Marie were the two employees horrible service. Very rude.

I love coming here because of the playground with my kids! The staff is kind.The only issue is that it looks super dirty in the playground, and needs a deep cleaning!There's ice cream all over and dirt/dust.Needs a good deep wipe down so kids don't get sick!

About 3pm. Sandwich was well cooked and made. Young lady taking orders was nice and courteous.I still don't understand the single piece of cheese on a double cheeseburger but at least it tasted good.
This Burger King re fries the onion rings and the french fries. I asked for fresh onion rings. I stood in front or the warming trays and watched the employee take all the onion rings out of the tray. A minute later they were going back in the tray. I took the order to the table. I wanted to be sure before I said anything. Anybody could tell they were re fried. Some off them looked like they were fried more than once. When the manager came to me I explained to her what happened. She said that she watch the employee put fresh onion rings in the fryer. So now the manager is lying to keep the employee from getting in to trouble. They must have been sisters or some kind of family. What kind of operation are they running where they have to lie and cheat the customer???

Worst Burger King I've ever eaten at. My fries were obviously cooked in old oil, I tossed em and the whopper was ok

First off, the location isn't even correct, and not even close. I submitted a correction since people not familiar with the area probably end up going to the wrong location. I used to go to this location often and it was good. Just went for the first time and the experience sucked. I pulled up to the drive thru and the automatic thing asks for my order. I give it and of course wait because whomever is on the headset isn't actually ready or paying attention. They finally repeat my order and had the drink wrong. Diet coke and Dr Pepper don't sound alike. Even though I corrected her and she acknowledged it, she still gave me a Dr Pepper. I came here because the one on 441 and Atlantic messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich last time. Now this one gives me the wrong drink. Guess I just can't trust Burger King employees.
