I never leave reviews but today this lady deserve this.Placed a pickup order today 1/3/24. When I tried to pick it up using a card UNDER MY NAME it wasn’t working. Tried to use my wife’s virtual card UNDER HER NAME through the app (was waiting on physical card). The lady at the front desk didn’t wanna type it out because I’m sure she thought I was “scamming”. So my wife placed the order for delivery through the phone no problem. Showed the guy the virtual card through the app and it was no problem.Called the lady back on the phone to ask why was it so easy because it’s literally the same situation except it was for delivery. Ask her why was she discriminating against me by assuming I’m scamming or sum. Her only excuse was “I just work here” and hung up. lol she know what she was doing.

Be careful. Stay away ordered a large pork fried rice in the middle of eating it found a beetle. It was burnt too looked like it was cooked with the rice Never again !

I used to eat here regularly then i moved out of the area and now i busy moved back. Went there the other day and got a combo dinner and IT SUCKED.The rice isn't the same anymore it's dry and tasteless. The fried dimplings also SUCKED they were dry and tasteless . They put zero duck sauce and mustard in the bag. I WONT BE GOING BACK. GO TO SARKU OF JAPAN
The fried rice isn't the best it's good enough , I've tasted worse . the main dishes are great,though everything is fresh the fried rice is fresh also its just missing a little something

They are givinging New York a bad name definitely not New York style Chinese food as the fried rice was tasteless peas and carrots very hard the chicken and broccoli nasty small portion and the chicken looked as it was a Forign type of meat not chicken the food taste fake you can’t digest any of it the broccoli everything taste fake don’t taste like real food at all i am very worried I hope the health department investigate them customer service their was no interaction the took my money and got back on the phone then dumped my order in front of me they only want our money they don’t care about the quality of the food or service will never go back their
