The most unprofessional group of people i have ever met. they are so rude and nasty and they don’t care about you or your order!!!! The women will purposely ignore you for the simplest thing. any other patty place would be better. I waited 35 mins for bread when they could have simply handed it to me.

I'm not here to bash my peoples. The food is great. But the service particularly the women they have the nastiest attitudes. Especially the one calling out orders. How you that mad in the morning. I ordered at 9:40am and return to pick up. All i asked the girl was check on my order, she became agrumentative. Her facial expressed is always mad. Damn!!!! If the job is too much and you can't be a people person find another job. We are paying for our food its not free. I mean at least be pleasant, the male workers at the register are fast and pleasant.

they should call themselves worst in broward. Why offer online ordering if you dont honor the pick up time. placed an order for 8:20 pick up and did not get my food until 8:50. they seem so unorganized. if you have time to waster order your food there for pick up!
