Went out last night for a shake ,about 9pm I believe it was and I waited super long line which was not the issue,what was the issue is when it comes to be my turn I asked for a shake and the woman who was attending me ,well let's be clear she didn't attend me she laughed and let me know the shakes had to be done in the blender...I said ok So I proceeded with my next order a second shake and she laughed again and told me I wasn't understanding her that she had to do the shakes in the blender .so because she had to do so there just not available at all and only thing to purchase was what was out infront of her seemed like she was just being lazy and not wanting to do them when clearly she asked the lady infront of me hard or soft serve when she told me it's broken smh bad business I will not be returning and telling all my friends same thing little customer service goes a lot of way

Very small. They didn't have a hole punch to stamp my card. Only one person working the front. Not my favorite Carvel and I'll probably avoid it in the future.

I usually come here to bring the kids for some ice cream, brings back memories to when I was a kid coming with my parents. I usually always get the soft serve, only thing I hate is at times if you don’t get there before 9:30pm they won’t have soft serve because they tend to clean out the soft serve machines early.

This place is nostalgic. Its been around since I was a little girl but I think the ice cream got creamier overtime. Fresh toppings.. yum. Great ice cream.
