Horrible, always skimping on the food whenever I order online. I know not to order online ever again because they will literally give you no food unless you order in person. It's disrespectful. I'm paying even more than the people in person and that's what I get? They're so stingy. Their management needs some big changes because they don't care about actually satisfying their customers. Because there is no reason I should be paying $23 for a bowl with tiny bits of meat. It looks like actual dog food and it's only gotten worse recently. Panda Express will never do you like that, I always have leftovers when I get food from them. So it should be no reason for Chipotle to be this stingy. Y'all food not even that good. It's always dirty in their restaurants too and people in there got attitude. Do better.

Terrible. I went there at 9:00pm last Saturday 3/16/24 and at that time they did not have any more steak or tomatoes. If you close at 11pm there is no excuse to run out of items two hours before closing. Some employees nowadays are so lazy and not to mention the guy that was serving the bowls he had a terrible attitude no way to treat customers he was just rolling his eyes snd throwing the bowls on the counter. Sometimes you want to help certain type of people out with jobs but at the end they just mess up your business they could care less. It’s just shameful.

I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious! I love my food hot! And I will still eat this burrito bowl cold.. it's that good!
I placed a mobile ordered for pick up and was disappointed, especially spending over $30 I will not order from this chipotle again, my food was not fresh and my dad burrito was supposed to be double meat and it was not and the extra tortilla was all crumbled up instead of being wrapped properly. Also, I went to ask for another guacamole and apparently they were out, being that it was two hours before closing is ridiculous. They also need better customer service.
