Never order your food online or the app around 8pm several times I've given it a chance they never deliver my order and close the order. Afrer waiting 2 to 3 hrs looking at the tracker says it's on its way. All of a sudden it's complicated. I received my order which I never did. A year ago they told me they where close and would just refund my order. Like it's nothing having a family wait hrs for food the night before to figure out what to eat at 12am. Ridiculous

Please refrain from ordering from here! I have given this establishment numerous chances, and I am frustrated. My pizza never arrives; when I call Domino's, they do not answer, and the app indicates that it has been delivered, yet it has been nearly two hours and I still do not have my pizza. This has occurred multiple times, and I have lost money as I was never refunded. I hope Domino's corporate can improve their policies. It appears that there is a lack of management at this location.

It takes them 3 hours to deliver pizza and they answer the phone and put the phone down and you can hear their whole entire conversation with them laughing and etc..will be calling corporate..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER ITS THE WORST

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST Domino's store on planet earth. Completely unsanitary, workers will eat and prepare food all with no gloves, consistently. Delivery system is abused, my driver has been 3 mins away for 20+ minutes because he didn't actually leave, they just like to say he did so they don't get noticed as late in the system. This is every time. I've given them chance after chance and it's always the same issues. They don't even answer the phone when you call. Before you say this was a one time occurrence.... I've literally ordered and been in store 5+ times before writing this.... Yet it's always the same. Corporate should cleanse this store of the absolute morons they have working here. They clearly have no care for anyone or anything.

We placed an order from the app. All went well and order was confirmed. It gave me the tracker and the map. They said my order would arrive at 7:15pm. at 7:30 it showed me food was delivered but it was delivered to the wrong house a block away. We got in the car to go to the store and my son called me and said that they just delivered the food it was 7:45. We turned around and when we got home one of the boxes was crushed and the food was cold , we also ordered a Diet Coke and they sent us a regular Coke. Needless to say we took the whole order back to the store. The manager was very apologetic and offered us to remake our whole order and add a few extras. She was very nice and we very happy the way she handled the situation.

On 3/7/24 I placed an order,I waited 2 hrs for my pizza,this place is the worst,the worst customer service I've ever experienced.,I call the store over 19xs nobody ever picks up,when someone finally picked up the phone I asked to speak to a manager,he was not helpful at all,was very rude..pizza was cold,stale,Everytime I order from Dominoes on 163rd st,it's always a problem!! They either need to shut their doors or get to management to run that store how a business should be ran ..you guys Suck!!! I will never order from Them Again!!!!!!

I do not recommend this place. They do not have bathrooms available for disabled people. They have them closed. They do not have plates or glasses for soda. The place is very dirty, so they have tables if they do not have the necessary conditions.

I waited over an hour for delivery and finally went to the store. The pizza wasn't even done yet even though the tracker indicated it had been delivered. I called the store and stayed on hold while I drove there, waited for my order to be done and left...the phone was never picked up- I saw the Mgr sitting in the office with the phone ringing. I was told by the cashier the dwluvery fee and tip would be removed-that never happened. I've been waiting for over 1 week for customer service to contact me regarding this issue. This place is the worst. I can spend my money with another pizza restaurant. Will never be Domino's again.
