If I could give this place zero stars I would! I’ve been here 3-4 times and the service is always subpar compared to all other DD’s within the area. Today (4/6) was the WORST! Coffee was watery/bagel was rigid (tried to bite some parts)/and customer service was operating from the pits of hell. No napkins or utensils to spread the cream cheese (I had to go back). Additionally this is the only location that does not put on the cream cheese on the bagel.

This is officially my favorite dunkin in the NMB area. I prefer to use the app to place my order and it's a 5 minute or less experience. I haven't used the drive thru but there's plenty of parking to run in and get your order.

This is my go to Dunkin’ Donuts whenever I’m in the area they always have my specialty and I always know what I want when I order but now it’s pumpkin spice latte season and I can’t get enough pumpkins in my life. I want to eat drink and sleep pumpkins all day long at all night long thank you.

It's the only Dunkin' that I go to. Customer's service is always pleasant, but today, my order was not right. What I purchased cost more than what was given to me. I didn't get what I paid for. When I returned for a refund, the young man, "Robert", was very rude to me. He ignored me for over 20 minutes. He wouldn't respond when I asked how long the wait time was for the refund. He has a very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE experience.. He tried to punish me for the refund by making me wait until there were no customers, both outside and inside. Robert needs some serious training. Put him in the kitchen or send him home. His behavior wasn't right.
