Ordered and paid through the app, show up at the drive thru to be told they're closed. Ask for a refund, they tell me to go on the app to cancel the order and get refund. I check the app and website and both say I need to speak to an employee at the location for a refund. Since Im still in the parking lot I go to the drive thru and explain what the official McD app and website say about refund. They refuse to refund me, tell me I have to use the app, and that they're closed, despite talking to me face to face with several other employees working in the background. Guess Im out $20 now until I call my credit card company or the manager. Waste of time, just like every other McD for about 30 miles.

I attended the drive thru this morning for a steak, egg & cheese combo. I was asked what I wanted as a drink to which I replied a small coffee. I was then told that combo only comes with medium coffee. I told the employee that I didn't want a medium coffee if there was an extra charge for it to which she replied there wouldn't be.So, I proceeded forward to pay for my purchase and then was handed my receipt which clearly lists the upcharge for the medium coffee. I questioned the charge to which the employee still responded with the fact that I wasn't being charged more.Dear owner of this location, respectfully I ask that you educate your employees to not sneakily upcharge people while they're possibly on their way to work, etc. That's very poor business practice.As well, all food I received this morning was barely warm which is another great disappointment. If I had the time, I would have returned to the location to ask for my food to have been reheated but that's just it, I was on my way to work.For those of you choosing to attend this location, be sure to double check your orders that you're not being charged for unnecessary upcharges.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The person who took my order was not only rude, but he dropped my change on the ground and just stared at me like I was supposed to somehow open my car door and fetch the change that he dropped. To make matters worse when I asked to speak to her manager, I was given even more attitude by the manager who refused to tell me her first night. Of course she didn’t wear a name tag. She said she didn’t feel like wearing it that day.. it’s no wonder the employees are horrible here, the managers are the problem, obviously. Needless to say, I will not return here. To him who has an ear, that in here.

Horrible service. Screaming coming from the kitchen, the female employee throws my food and drink onto counter, and the burger wrapper was soaked in blood. This place is awful. Very unpleasant.

I went through the drive-through, and the night staff didn't seem to care. She kept saying, "Pay at the next window," and then she vanished. Didn't even get the order right; I paid at the next window and had an app pickup as well, but she completely disregarded that and made me round the lengthy line once more. Ultimately, she asked, "Why didn't u tell window one what u want?" when I told the third window that my sandwich was messed up. I Tried, But None of You Listen.

This is the worst McDonald's! I have ever visited in my life. The service is terrible! The workers / employees / managers don't understand English and don't care to speak it. The atmosphere is crazy all you hear is screaming in Creole?Simply terrible!
