I then tried the classic vanilla and now the limited Oreo cookies and cream. This flavor needs to stay! I’ve ordered on Ubereats and picked up in person- customer service is friendly and professional. The store was clean and nicely set up

I arrived at the bakery at 5 minutes past six in the evening with the intention of surprising my boyfriend with a birthday cake. Despite facing heavy traffic that delayed my arrival, I made a sincere effort to reach the shop before its 6:00 PM closing time. With anticipation in my heart, I approached the door and politely sought assistance from the lady inside. Unfortunately, my request was met with indifference and disdain. While I understand the closing time policy, I would have appreciated the opportunity to explain my situation and work together to find a solution.acknowledging the importance of empathy in creating a unique and positive experience is the key ?.

Terrible experience at this location. I ordered 2 cakes, prepaid them and had my husband pick them up with the email confirmation. They refused to give him the cakes and made him call me by FaceTime to show them the credit card I used to pay and my picture ID before they released the prepaid cakes. Since the cakes are delicious I will go to another location as I understand the business is a franchise.

Personally I would put 0 stars. Service needs to be worked on. I don't understand how a cake needs more verification than picking up a kid from school. I don't live in FL, but it was a friends birthday to which I wanted to wish her a happy birthday with her favorite cake. It had her name for the order with my payment. When going to pick it up, they asked her for her CREDIT AND ID card. For one cake?! Then I called to have the cake delivered instead since picking it up was obviously not an option.. and they said they couldn't. So now my money was spent for nothing, so I asked for a refund. The lady on the phone said she couldn't. Why?

The staff are super friendly and accommodating, especially Maggie the owner; she always has a big smile on her face and she goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy. The cakes are beautifully decorated and always fresh and moist. This Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints! Every year, I purchase the bundtinis for my child’s schoolmates and the bundtlets for her teachers. The teachers love to receive the wrapped bundtlets for Teacher Appreciation Week. As well, I always buy all of our family’s birthday cakes from this Nothing Bundt Cakes in Aventura. The staff works with me to select the perfect customized design for every party. Jacque the supervisor is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have been a customer for years and I could not be happier.
