Very good food there chicken is made delicious I come here very often and been to a couple of different pollo tropical this seems to be the best one I been to. there rice and beans and plantains are very good as well 10/10 also customer service is excellent they make sure you feel alright and put a good and large portion of food

I recently visited this location and ordered a Avocado Salad. I specifically told the cashier "no tomatoes." They placed tomatoes in the order anyway. Also, the person who is supposed to call the receipt numbers and give people their orders, was not doing their job correctly. She started speaking Spanish, assuming that every customer understands. Whenever someone did not respond she would place the order aside. If I would've stayed in line to receive my order, instead of confronting her, I would've never received my order. The workers are slow, and this location often gets busy. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
