The handsome new worker who wear his cap to the side and the sweet beautiful girl with her hair up I’m not sure but Im guessing she has on filas they’re both so hardworking the girl is so patient and kind and the young man made my disabled son so happy with their confrontation the other day he came home with the sandwich saying how much he liked his many dreads and wants to come again , He’s a great addition to this company and she’s a great asset as well give these two the most hours a raise something I love a positive attitude and great energy when walking into a establishment. 10/10 a must these two is the best employees and will get the job done under 5 minutes.Kid-friendliness: My disabled son loves to interact with people and the new worker with the nice dreads who wear his cap to the side made him so comfortable we came home and he was so happy from that 2 minute confrontation

I used to love this place, but once the Dread headed lady, started becoming the manager. She’s rude to her employees she doesn’t know how to talk to customers no wonder they can’t keep employees

I visited this Subway location and would rate it 3 stars. The food was good, offering a range of fresh ingredients that allowed me to create a satisfying sandwich to my liking.The service was average, neither exceptional nor disappointing. The staff seemed efficient enough, but there was nothing particularly outstanding about the customer service.As for the ambiance, it was what you would expect from any Subway - a typical setting designed for fast and convenient service, with a focus on takeaway orders.In conclusion, this Subway offers good food and an average level of service, all within a typical Subway ambiance. Came in at 8 pm on 7/18 and both employees were sitting at one of the tables talking and on their phones. No problem, the restaurant was empty. However, we get there and they take their time to get up and get ready. They then get behind the counter, and just continue their conversation and on their phone as we look at them… even after saying we’re ready they looked at us and went back to their conversation. Decided to leave and won’t come back. Owners are wasting their money with these 2.

The atmosphere and service both excellent. Although the place was empty for a great location with great parking space and accessibility. Unfortunately, the food not so much. The lettuce, tomato, spinach, banana peppers, pickles, were all dry and dead. The lettuce and avocado were not good at all. it changes color and you can see that both bin needed to be changed and I said it to the person there. The meat and cheese area was blocked by some steel cover installed inside the glass. Who does that and what are they hiding behind there. The person said sorry but she cannot remove it for me to see. They need to fix that. It is the first time in my life that I went to a subway and I cannot see behind the glass. Everything is always behind the glass were people can see there options. Anyway, please revisit the place and make the right changes. Otherwise, business will be dead as well.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables.Kid-friendliness: The inside is nice and clean.Parking: Easy to find. And good parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Spaced enough for wheelchair

I stay near here but I really hate coming here!!!! I’ll rather go far out. No matter the day or time it’s always bad vibes. TONIGHT I HAD IT. I went to the door at 9:45 they had it locked and the workers are telling me it’s closed I waited until they opened the door. I ordered a specific sub he’s rushing messed my sub completely up went to make the sub over and still messed it up. They need to stop hiring bandwagons and the ghettos and hire people with that want to WORK and not catching attitudes for doing their jobs

Horrible horrible experience with young female at 239 NE 167 St NMB, Fl 33162. She had the metal covering over the vegetables when she asked me to select the cheese, I said to her how can I select when you have everything covered? She replied in an angry tone, look on the board.I then asked her to toast my bread, after removing the toasted bread, she used a large spatula to scrape around the oven.The paper she used to wrap my sandwich had drippings of brown liquid on it. I immediately questioned her about the stain, in an angry tone again, she bellowed it came from the oven!At that point I was highly humiliated and had as much as I could handle from her. I refused the sandwich. I’m a long time customer of Subway, Have never ever had an employee so insulting.

If you can , please drive extra and go to other subway. Usually my sub is always delicious and a lots of veggies and crunchy and juicy with sauces ,i wanted cucumbers, spinach , tomatoes and onions and sauces . Only got little bit of lettuce and one piece of tiny little miserable cucumber and quarter slice of tomato that looks like from the can ? and not even sauces were there , my sub is always sweet with honey mustard and chipotle and seems like they were missing ? lack of topping and sauces ? btw I tipped them on my online order , so I do not know why . maybe manager do not let them to put topping and told them to put less toppings and less sauces or something .Ordered 2 footlong subs and I just throw them away and started to cry ?I wish I could get into time machine and never go there ?I was so excited about my my sandwich and It ruined my mood and cried for my sandwich being so bad at their parking lot in my car ?

I just received my UberEats order from this location. This is not the usual location I order from, it was closed because it is New Year's Eve. I'll go back to ordering from my usual Subway. I'd rather the restaurant not deliver something I ordered than to make UNAUTHORIZED SUBSTITUTIONS. It's food, they should know to be careful. I was also MISSING ITEMS. What a disappointment. I lodged an issue with UberEats.
