Went at 2AM on a Sunday. Absolutely horrible customer service. Order was extremely simple. They forgot all 3 of our drinks. We never got them. When ordering frostys, they said "no frosties". When asked why, they said "no frosties" angrily. When giving us our food about 10 minutes later sitting in the drive through, they exchanged no words. None. Didn't say anything when I asked for a wet wipe. Just gave us our food and slammed the window. Both girls had headphones in and seemed extremely annoyed for some reason.Food was cold. Literally a waste of time and energy.

Easily the worst Wendy's with lazy young workers, but what more can you ask for being in the hood? Literally ask you to not pull up to the window so they don't get dinged on taking 20 minutes to make your food. How is it possible to be served cold breakfast food? Never coming again

Hello City of North Miami Beach: I would love shared my experience with you... the evening stuff who work at this wendy's restaurant are very nasty and disrespectful, this evening I stop at drive through to buy my Son a 10 piece nuggets meal. First I stayed 30 minutes before someone take my order, when I finally get to the window another 10 minutes after, I asked the cashier please let me know before you take my money if the food going to take long cause I have somewhere to go, she's look at and closed the window and take her cellphone, I stayed for 5 more minutes she's doesn't opened I moved to next window she aslo closed the window on my face also and they all inside laughing. all I mentioned those nasty girls can't work in a restaurant where poeple need and deserved good services.. I will never step my feet at the wendy's anymore....

We always come to have lunch with my elderly mother, this time she wanted to use her points rewards 300 buying a Chilly but when the manager scanned the RQ code she lost the points and the Chilly. Don't recommend using Wendy's rewards it's a scam. Manager said there is nothing he can do, he needs to check with the supervisor to issue a credit for the points and Chilly $2.99 that my mother lost. Beware.

The staff well, the cashier at the drive up window was white, rude, and in such a rush, and it was nobody else online, but she still kept rushing rushing, and was very upset when I placed my order and asked for a cup of ice, and she acted as if that was going to break the bank. Her attitude was poor rushy, and just unpleasant for the first thing in the morning.

Went through the drive-thru and encounter someone named landy. Very rude individual biting her nails at the window was rather disgusting. When told that the situation she caught an attitude and told me if you drive off I'm not serving you here. Has anybody ever watched customer Wars on the internet I can see now where things happen.

I wanted to take a minute to highlight the great service I received at this location from team member Batanis, hopefully I spelled her name correctly.I was disappointed to drive off and find the breakfast sandwich I order was completely wrong.Not only did she correct my order quickly, but during the brief time I was waiting at the counter It was clear that this young lady is a natural leader, she is also organized and takes pride in her job. If her other team members followed her example I highly doubt the mistake would have occurred but then I wouldn’t have had such a redeeming interaction. If she is not already a supervisor or manger she should be.
