Ordered at 10:36. Food was supposed to be ready between 16-21 minutes. It is now 11:02 and no food. The line is unorganized and staff aren't helpful. There's clearly no supervision or anyone keeping a track of things. Worst location.

The worst experience ever! I ordered my food through the wingstop app at 11:30am and it daid in 21-26 minutes to be ready once i got there i went to pay and waited and waited and waited i got so frustrated the fact other people were getting their food before me! Basically i was on my lunch break and my my break was over and they never even started with my food at all!!! Worst wingstop ever smh

I called in and was told my order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. It took 50 minutes. The staff was nice but definitely not on the ball. Several orders were backed up. Also, since I waited so long, when I got the food I just grabbed it and left. When I got home I noticed that I didn’t get my brownie that I paid for ?

Waiting time is unbearably long. Hygiene is not something they believe in. Food is being prepared with bare hands. Perhaps they don't have a budget for gloves or cover head for that matter. There is a lot of place for improvement. In the meantime, I will not go back anytime soon.
