I hired Eggwhites for a cocktail party in December. As we were going through dates, they pointed out other events that may be going on that might impact my event as well as their availability. (Art Basel, Passover, etc.) We ended up doing our event last week of November and I was so happy with the result. The team was VERY organized and professional. Would definitely hire again for my next event!

We contracted Eggwhites to do the catering for our 130 person wedding at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami and they did an incredible job. From the beginning, they were very communicative in helping us understand the different packages they offered, flexible as we made changes to the linens and table set ups we were envisioning, and helped us create a tailored menu that honored our Colombian and Jewish roots. The food was all high quality and our guests loved it. Vizcaya can be complex to manage as a vendor but Eggwhites is very experienced working here and I would highly recommend!

Aside from obvious talent, they were so professional and friendly yet discrete. Laura was wonderful to have on hand and ran the show perfectly. The prep and clean up were meticulous which made me feel like a guest at my own party! My friends have all been raving about you and I couldn’t be happier.
