Service was terrible. Our waiter never returned to the table. We could not get another glass of wine nor water. We won't be back. Too bad really because the food was delicious

We waited for 50 minutes for the older gentleman waiter to take our order. Finally I notified the owner, who graciously provided us with a our new waitress, Antonella. She and Fernando were absolutely wonderful. Antonella was welcoming, attentive, friendly, and made us feel like family. Fernando was adorable and took the time to explain each of the desserts to us. The meal took 3.5 hours from seating to exit, but the food was WELL WORTH THE WAIT! We had the Calamari, Antipasto, Zucchini, and Caprese to start. All great size, fresh, and delicious. Dinner was Veal Ossobuco, Lasagna, and Frutti di Mare. We substituted the fettuccini for the risotto. Again, portions great, seafood plentiful, veal was fall-off-the-bone tender. Dessert was the Tartufo and Chocolate cake with ice cream. Both delicious and good size. Although we had a rocky start, we would DEFINITELY be back. The food is absolutely the BEST Italian cuisine anywhere around. Yes, it is pricey, but then everything we buy today as consumers has literally doubled in price since the pandemic.

Overall food was above average but expensive vs the competition. Some entrees were appetizer portions making the price value even worse. If you're not careful with your selections you could walk out hungry. Too bad because the chief can cook. If the prices and portion sizes were better, this restaurant would be a regular stop.

Though it took a while we did get good service. The wine was excellent, being an Italian restaurant I asked for Chianti. But the veal special was dry and over cooked. Very disappointed.

A nightmare experience at the least especially for the price. I do not give bad reviews on most restaurants but had to on this one. The dining room is very nice as I've been there before a year ago.The owner is very angry to say the least .You are not allowed bread until the meal is ordered so said the owner right off the bat. Huh? Now, Usually a glass of wine, with bread, before mealtime is not unusual and enjoyable, correct? Not here. They said "No bread "until you order, a command. I heard him the owner. "Waiters run around knowing nothing as well. (It was not packed with patrons by any means either and half empty) - half of restaurant was empty and so not the reason. It went down from there, food was horrible for two at a hefty cost. If you want to shell out 200 dollars for a few glasses of wine and simple veal, chicken dish have at it.Stay away please from this once upon a time nice place, ugh!!!!

I truly love your restaurant. I have been thinking about the shrimp Francesca since I was there last month. I am very sensitive to salt and can't remember if I had requested no salt before, but last night I tried the Dover sole Francesca and it was too salty for me to eat.

Food was bland and very slow to arrive, and the owner went berserk on a nice family sitting next to us.Beef carpaccio was completely flavorless and the veal Marsala was thin, rubbery and soggy.I had three separate incidents with the owner who reminds me of a not funny version of the soup n@zi. First, he made us sit outside because we had our child with us even though the inside was half full. Then when going to the restroom, the owner and a staff member were having a conversation blocking the hallway to the bathroom, I asked them to excuse me and he rudely told me they were almost done and wouldn’t get out of the way. Then as we were leaving, the table next to us, who arrived at the same time as us but still did not have their food, politely asked the owner if there was a problem with their food and when it would arrive. The owner lost his mind and told her “stop complaining, you belong at McDonald’s”. The customer’s daughter, probably 25 years old said “please don’t talk to my mom like that, it has been almost an hour and we still don’t have our food.” The owner literally said to her “you are pretty but you are too young to have an opinion.”Wine markups were surprisingly fair, but I would be worried this owner is going to physically attack a customer one day.

OH MY GOODNESS …just had a horrible experience there and will never go back. After waiting for our food for an hour and 10 minutes after ordering, we called the owner over to the table to politely ask him to find out if something happened with our food. He wouldn’t even let me speak…came over screaming and told me he won’t listen to complaints. I asked him to please just listen to my complaint about the long wait and he told me if we wanted fast food, we should go to McDonald’s. It was an hour and 10 minutes after ordering! That was really the most insane experience and even though the food was good, the owner is angry and mean. Look at all my other restaurant reviews…they are all positive. Not this one. Trust me. Don’t go!

This place is awesome. Authentic Italian food with perfectly cooked pasta makes you feel like you’re in Italy. It’s the best Italian in the area. Make a reservation (even if it’s not busy) and they will take the extra step to treat you like royalty!

Very nice people, waiters, helpers. Very sweet. Ambience, well...nice. Food and drink prices - ABSURD. Any fish - $47 (about twice what it should be). Very small portions of vegetables. Bottom shelf (CC - $9/bottle!) drink price - wow - $16 per drink....no glasses of wine for under $12, most much higher, for standard stuff. Ever had $35 Lasagna? Here it is..........!! Ridiculous. And LOTS of rules - "no sharing, no splitting, no changes to the menu or you get upcharges, we want an 18% minimum tip" - and it's calculated on the check for you with tax included - Won't be back.

Another fine evening of dining. Brought friends for New Year's Eve. Two of us had the Branzino fillets accompanied by Yukon gold potatoes and mixed veggies. Outstandingly fresh and grilled to perfection. For appetizers, we had white anchovies (Boquerones) in vinegar and oil with roasted red peppers. My wife and the other gal had pasta dishes....al dente...perfect. Can't wait to return. Canvas-covered outside dining is available.

They could not find our reservation. Asked if we wanted an inside seat or outside seat. We said inside and they proceeded to sit us a small table clearly in the walking path of every other table. When asked if we could have something a little less central, of which there were many they then said the only other table was outside on 59 degree weather next to a table with kids that wanted to wander around during the entire dinner. Food was good but by that time it was not a great experience.
