What a hidden jewel! Very unassuming but when you get out to the patio you are pleasantly surprised by the super chill funky vibe. The service was outstanding as was the food. We shared the octopus which was beyond delish as well as the Vuelve a la vida which was an amazing ceviche. We ended with the caliente roll which was also so yummy. I cannot wait to return!!!!

Susie Q was a terrible waitress. Did not check on us the entire time. Was rude and raised her voice when we brought up an issue with the meal we received. The food was not good. Overall terrible service and will not be back.

Enjoyed a nice vibe and great tasting food with good company. Everything was going well, until they informed us that they don't have working bathrooms. The men's and women's bathrooms are out of order and when inquiring about where to use the restroom to wash hands etc., we were told to go next door to the gas station. ? The restaurant's work staff has to use the gas station bathroom also. ? Unacceptable! I told the wait staff if we had known the restrooms weren't working we would have gone to another establishment. And they should have informed us about the restrooms upon entering. There were families with babies there. There were also seniors there eating. Who would expect them to walk next door to the gas station to use the restroom? Where are the wait staff and kitchen staff washing their hands? Thank God my colleague had a hand sanitizer in her purse. The excuse was that it is a small family-owned restaurant. I will probably be back when they have working bathrooms. The customer service was good and friendly even though they never offered to refill our drinks, or bring us extra napkins. My husband tipped all of them very well including the kitchen staff . Food and tips were nearly $500 but I had no place to wash my hands after I ate. ? My mind is racing about the staff hand washing. ? And please get one of those zappers for the files!

We’ve eaten here previously and have quite enjoyed entrees such as the macadamia nut snapper and the sesame tuna. It’s great to sit near the water under the thatched roof dining area. Today’s starters included crispy calamari, and beet salad which were good. The sashimi pizza was also good but tiny. Do not order it as an entree as it is far too small. The big disappointment was the Peruvian seafood fried rice. It was dry and bland. I asked for some sauce but never got it. It was $30 and not worth it despite the waitress recommending it as one of their signature dishes. Overall we’d like more than a below average entree at a place like this.
