“I was there two weeks ago. The food was fine but not what I expected from all the reviews I read. I wondered how many were paid for with discounted foods if they were written. I was appalled by the behavior of the owner towards his employees. Cussing and yelling at his staff, treating them with no respect. I was embarrassed by his unprofessional behavior and wondered how he keeps his staff. After talking to a customer who was sitting near me they told me the longest staff member was only there 4 weeks. “A few days back I had the pleasure of dining with some of my Echo Fine Properties colleagues at The Brass Ring Restaurant in North Palm Beach. As soon as I walked in I was struck by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I started off my meal with an order of the seafood chowder, which was rich and flavorful and had a nice balance of seafood and vegetables. For my main course, I decided to try one of their famous hamburgers. I was not disappointed – the burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It was easily one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. But the real highlight of my meal at The Brass Ring Restaurant was the key lime pie for dessert. This was hands down the best key lime pie I have ever had – the filling was creamy and tangy, and the crust was buttery and crumbly. I was tempted to order another slice to go, but I knew I would regret it later! Overall, I had an excellent dining experience. My go-to is their general Tso chicken but change it up from time to time. The pork fried rice taste like it's supposed to compared to other places where it's terrible. Steamed dumplings and the wings are a must-have. In the area they are definitely my pick of choice for Chinese takeout.“
